Hôtel was great and conveniently located but had 2 large parties each night we stayed. On the patio outside of our window it was loud until about 3 am. Great place but that was uncalled for.

Overall stay was perfect, staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall rating lowered due to a few room issues that couldn’t be fixed during our stay.

Communs corrects, accueil sympathique. Bon équipement de la chambre avec cafetière bouilloire une bouteille d'eau des petits gâteaux d'accueil. Lit bon. Calme. Mais un chauffage peu reglable, salle de bain froide, parquet très abîmé avec un tapis scotché au sol !!! Une baignoire une fois remplie qui ne peut être vidée car la commande de la bonde est défaillante. Une douche au flexible qui s'enroule dans le mur et qu'il faut tirer comme à la pompe à essence ! J'aurais aimé vous mettre des photos mais le lien ne fonctionne pas.

Room was quite noisy and quite warm. Good if you have very little luggage. Staff went beyond to help. They were great.

Very nice hotel, walking to tower and great restaurants.

The hotel is so cute and in a great location. We were bummed because the terrace hot tub is the only reason I brought a bathing suit for my four week trip and, upon check in, we were told to use it whenever we want, however when we went out to use it, it was cold. We mentioned this to staff and they said they didn't have the key to adjust the temperature and they'd try to get it fixed. The hot tub was not hot for any of our three nights. It was also weird that I received WhatsApp messages upon check-in and was asked if we needed anything and when I replied that we could use some extra pillows, the message went unread. We did get extra pillows eventually but why message and ask questions if you don't actually have anyone reading responses. It it still a beautiful and well-located hotel.

The bed and linens were luxurious! The bar was lovely with many options. Service was excellent. The Spa area was quite lovely. The hotel was very quiet which was important to us after traveling.

Property is average and does not qualify as a 4 star. Rooms and bathrooms were very tiny though they were clean. The bar was closed for most of our stay though the receptionist was very kind to make us drinks and bring to our room. That was the only good thing about this hotel. Location is far from most of the sightseeing attractions and we were often stuck in traffic returning to the hotel. Would likely stay in another part of town next time.

Amazing! All around it was amazing. The people and staff are super nice. Location was cute, close to everything we needed.
