Polite staff, amazing breakfast

O hotel é bom, mas preciso de algumas melhorias: O wifi falha com frequência, os talheres são cobrados (kit utensílios: copo, garfo, faca e colher de acrílico - 9,00) para quem pede comida no quarto, há barulho excessivo nos corredores e quartos. O hotel é muito grande e acho que deveria haver uma ala para família com crianças.

Overall a good stay. We were place on the newer renovated side of the hotel which left a little unfinished. Washroom was not clean, shower knob was falling off, since we were just staying the night and out all day, it didn’t bother us much.

It was an awesome and amazing experience. Their breakfast is fresh and taste delicious. The room is clean, the environment is well kept. There is a taxi that works closely with the hotel, this made it safe and easy to get around considering the fact that I traveled with my children. Overall, I will recommend this hotel.

Reservado quarto com 2 camas e na hora do checkin não tinha quarto disponivel na categoria, minha reserva estava feita a mais de 3 dias, e interessante que a pessoa no checkin que estava na minha frente e não tinha reserva e estava fazendo na hora conseguiu o apartamento com 2 camas

O hotel é muito bom e o preço razoável, apesar de curta minha estadia foi muito satisfatória.

Atendentes de muita gentileza, uma modesta academia e piscina que acabei não conseguindo utilizar. O quarto é amplo, a cama é muito boa, o chuveiro é bom e o pacote de canais de TV possui opções. O que deixa a desejar é o sinal de internet, que é bem ruim (acabei usando meu 5G), e o café da manhã que, pelo valor da estadia, é básico. O estacionamento é terceirizado e cobrado a parte. Os valets são rápidos, mas durante a noite sumiu um pacote de Trident que eu tinha no carro.

This property should be listing in Expedia and online that it is under construction. We were woken up at 7:55 in the morning with jackhammering blasting. The walls were shaking. The floor was vibrating. It was so loud. They should absolutely not be charging any money for people to stay on the third floor of this building.

Não indico ficar nesse hotel. Chegamos 22hs nosso pedido de comida chegou quase 00:00hs. Controles da ar e Tv sem funcionar. Camas horríveis. As 08hs da manhã começaram uma reforma no quarto ao lado. Não conseguimos mais descansar. Enfim, hotel péssimo!!!!!

L’hôtel est extrêmement précaire par rapport au prix. La propreté, le confort du lit et le petit déjeuner sont ok, néanmoins l’eau chaude est un bien rare notamment en fin de journée. La pression de l’eau laisse à désirer. Pour le prix affiché cet hôtel ne vaut pas du tout le coup. Par ailleurs, le parking n’est pas inclus, c’est surprenant quand vous payer plus de 80€ la nuit dans un pays où le salaire moyen est de 400€ … De plus, les personnes qui sont au parking essaient de vous escroquer en vous faisant payer 45 real (5€) à chaque fois que vous prenez votre véhicule alors que vous avez payé pour 24h. Je n’ai pas du tout eu une bonne expérience avec le parking mais également avec la qualité des équipements de l’hôtel : salle de bain, salle de sport. Je déconseille fortement sauf pour y dormir pour prendre un vol depuis GRU.

Bom custo-benefício, café da manhã muito bom, estacionamento pago (40,00 a diária), instalações um pouco antigas, quarto espaçoso porém mal iluminado.

Very nice place

O quarto é bem espaçoso, cama boa, banheiro grande. Fui muito bem atendida na recepção. Próximo ao aeroporto com translado. Área externa bem confortável.

Hotel em padrão americano, com boas instalações, confortável e camas confortáveis. Localização boa para quem irá viajar pelo aeroporto internacional de Guarulhos e precisa de uma noite de sono.

Muita fila no check in, quarto com cheiro ruim, carpete.

Atendeu as expectativas. Tem a vantagem do traslado gratuito ida e volta ao aeroporto

Nice place nice people

Great stay here. The property is fairly new, rooms are modern and clean. The pool and garden area is very nice and tranquil. The breakfast was not huge but had all the basics and everything was tasty and fresh. The area around the hotel is industrial and there really is nothing in the immediate vicinity. Large shopping mall is close by though by taxi. Would stay again.
