Great position on the esplanade

Reasonably priced

We were very happy with our stay in the Mantra Esplanade. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They made our stay a happy experience. The facilities were really good. The AC was so nice because it cold us from the really hot weather. It was close to everything. Just walking distance to groceries, restaurants, the lagoon swimming pool and the pier for the boats to go to green Island and the great barrier reef. Special mention to Barbara the front desk receptionist. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you to all the staff for you Special chocolate present you made our Anniversary special. It made us feel so welcome by everyone. We highly recommend Mantra Esplanade to future guest.

Very convenient to the pier. Dining is just downstairs around the corner.

Was the usual Mantra - nothing to die for, cleaned once per year, but in solid location for acceptable price.

22年前17年前に続いて3回目の利用でしたが街を歩くのにとても便利な立地でよかったです。施設は古くなっている感があり更新を期待します。スタッフは以前の方がフレンドリーでスマイルが多かった気がします。

Door locks on 2 rooms I was offered were faulty. Properties clean but tired

日本人スタッフの方がいる確率がかなり高く、日本人宿泊客も非常に多かったです。 エスプラナーデ通りに面しているので、眼の前にプールがあったりナイトマーケットまで徒歩1分だったりと立地はとてもいいです。 室内はそれなりですが旅行をするには十分な内容です

Great location on the Esplanade, staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms we stayed in a very tired and in need of a refurb.

Reception staff not very friendly. Poor instructions re parking. Room curtains dirty, stained & didn't close fully. Damp towels in bathroom. Room not freshened - stale & damp

とにかく立地がよくて歩いてすぐプールがあって、スーパーもホテル裏すぐにあったので便利で良かったです。洗濯機乾燥機もMieleで良かったです。部屋もたくさんあってトイレも３つもあって良かったです。 建物は古いけど頑張ってキレイにしていると感じました。 写真は浴槽があったと思ったのにシャワーしかなくて残念でした。 あとフロント裏の自動ドアが故障していて外には出られるけど外から入れないから正面に回らなくてはいけなくて面倒でした。 是非リノベーションしてもらって浴槽もついたらまた次回も泊まりたいです。

Staff very helpful on arrival room generally good in need of a bit of TLC only small things easilly sorted. Shower not great had to hold the shower head by copper tube. Requested early morning call didnt get one was awake any way. Great location for restaurants shops walks etc pick up for trips round corner at pacific hotel not always made clear.

Very pleased with our stay. Room a bit small but very clean. Front staff friendly and welcoming. Close to the lagoon, shopping and the casino. Will definitely return when visiting Cairns again.
