Central location to walk to restaurants & pier along with car parking.

The hotel was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room we were upgraded to was great, the mattresses were really soft and the pillows were nice, the balcony was an amazing addition. The only concern we had with the place was the smell of damp, but we opened the balcony doors and that helped a lot.

The room was large

Overall not the best stay. Room was very small, bed sheets were ripped, curtains very dirty and towels falling apart. Only one bin in the room, no flannels. TV also was not working. Power sockets broke. Pool looked bigger on the photos. Barely a sun trap with the building over the pool so lack of sun all times during the day. Area around the hotel great, amenities within walking distance. Wouldn’t stay again. Not the best experience.

The location is excellent. Everything is walking distance. Restaurants everywhere and shopping centers. The property is clean and the staff are accommodating. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is found here.

I like everything about the hotel,excellent location,staff friendly and very helpful,only thing i didn’t like was the pool,very cold,especially the spa,i have never experienced cold spa.

Great staff, very friendly and professional, super comfortable bed. Didn’t enjoy the stay not because of the hotel itself but the Bogan children running up and down the hall and inconsiderate Neighbour who would rather bang on the door than take the room card. If you jag a weekend without them there you’ll probably enjoy it.

Really enjoyed our stay here best of all location. Also really nice to have a good size balcony and chairs. We enjoyed the pool it’s not big but we used it a fair few times and the lagoon opposite was fab. Staff very friendly and helpful would recommend staying here

In for quick visit to see Cairns and Great Barrier Reef with family.

Disappointed with limited access to power points to charge devices, unfinished repairs and broken power point in bathroom

The hotel was central to many dining options , the room was very clean, the pool environment was well- looked after , and a great view from the balcony.

ロケーションが良く、どこへ行くにも便利です。 キッチンが付いていて、調理道具、食器類も揃っています。 ホテルの裏がスーパーなので、夕食は部屋でオージービーフを焼きながらビールやワインを堪能しました。 （物価高で節約のためと、子どもたちも部屋の方がラクなので） 7泊以上でないと清掃が入りません（頼めば有料でしてくれる）が、部屋を散らかしたまま出掛けられたので、かえって気楽でした。 タオル交換は快く応じてもらえます。 ホテルからすぐの場所にラグーンもありましたが、午後から日陰になるホテルプールで充分楽しめました。 スタッフの皆さんも親切で、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 唯一残念だったのは、ホテルへメッセージをしても返信がなかったこと。 ベッドをキング2台→シングル4台でリクエストしたのですが返信がないため、現地に着くまで不安でした。 （ただ、これはホテルが返信をくれなかったのか、私側の設定で返信が受け取れなかったのかはわかりません。）
