Overly priced especially for not having a pool and hot tub. Breakfast was minimal and not good. Front desk person grumpy. Mattresses were hard.

Clean room, great breakfast, near shopping mall

Elevators and hallways felt very neglected, have cleaners but it WREAKED especially the elevator. We all had to hold our breath it smelt so bad! Room was better.

Room was good just to warm.

Lobby needs an upgrade and their continental breakfast wasn’t good. Cold boiled eggs, butter wasn’t spreadable on my toast.

Friendly and helpful staff - front desk as well as housekeeping. Convenient location and clean lobby and rooms. Comfortable beds and plush pillows.

Everything was excellent except that the snack machine outside the elevator on the second floor did not seem to work.

The beds were lumpy and pillows flat as a pancake could hardly sleep. Maid could hardly speak or understand english

Room and Staff were fine. We stayed for 5 nights. The first 3 nights people above us were stomping around and making a ton of noise. Front desk was called and they would be quit for 10 minutes. I was woken up at 5 am to something heavy being dropped on the floor. Not sure if they were having toddler races or a basketball game. Hard to enjoy a vacation when you can’t rest.
