Great experience! Love the comfort of the Family suite!

6日間滞在しました。ブカレストは天気があまり良くなかったのが残念でしたがそれはしょうがないでしょう。 ホテルの感想は、部屋は広くて良いですが、いくつかの軽微な問題点がありました。 部屋に入るとミニバーがありますがロックされていました。自分で買ったドリンクをそこで冷やしたかったのですが忙しくて3日間放置してました。部屋のクリーニングの人に解除を頼んだらフロントに行きなさいと言われましたので4日目にようやくフロントデスクに行きロックを解除してもらいましたが、解錠したホテルマンは言い訳を言っていました。そうではなく「すいませんでした」がまず最初に出るべき言葉ではないでしょうか？ 「起こさないで！」という札を掛けていましたがベルを鳴らされ起こされてしまいました。シャワーの壁の目地に黒カビが点在しました。これは清潔とは言い難い。 ですから星１つ減らしました。 4日目の朝食ですが、他のご夫婦と相席になりました。なんで相席にするのか？混んでいても待たせるべきです。知らない人との相席はどれだけ苦痛だったか‼️これは生涯忘れられない出来事でしょう。食事は非常に美味しかった。かなりクオリティーの高い物でした。また行きたいと思いました。

As a JW Marriott property I was expecting something a little more grand. The exterior is just extremely bland, and I understand it’s on a main road so it can not do much, it just felt lacking in some places. The staff are somewhat cold and seem not want to assist unless you are spending money on the extra amenities. The room itself was very spacious and clean, the only major complaint for the room is the bed and pillows feel like cement.

Arrived in beautiful hotel,met with friendly efficient service and went to room which was attractive and very nice and clean. Only problems were limited tv stations and limited tea making facilities. Food in restaurants was excellent. Overall a lovely experience!

This was our second year staying here, and it was just as great as the first. Booking the family suite with breakfast included is definitely the way to go—the food is excellent, and my family absolutely loves the store on-site. The entire staff, from the reception team to everyone else, is wonderful. A special shoutout to Kavinda, who went above and beyond during breakfast to help out with the kids' requests. We will definitely be back!

Great hotel for sure - however even the best coffee, the great restaurants Cusina, the nice staff can’t compete with the lack of warm water when taking a shower in the morning. Such a disappointment.

Très belle expérience générale malgré le fait que l,établissement est assez dispendieux pour la Roumanie -surtout le restaurant terrasse vraiment overpriced-mais personnel agréable, les valets-surtout Georges-très utiles et connaisseurs,une bonne source d,information. Une très bizarre règle pour la piscine avec des casques de bains obligatoires,je voyage énormément je n,ai jamais vu cela nulle part.invest in a filter. L,eau gratuite cela aide pour l,expérience avec les grandes chaleurs. ,aussi quand on appelle le service est rapide et très aimable. Bien situé pour visiter Bucharest et déjeuner bien garni. Pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain alors bâtiment vieux possiblement.je recommande cet établissement.

The hotel and staff were excellent, but don't bother to eat at the steak house. It is absurdly overpriced, and the ribeye steak was mostly fat.

Its opposite the Cathedral and Parliament - but away from Sector 1 which is a buzzing area.

The food at Olea restaurant was mediocre but priced for a Michelin star. The service was poor at best .

Everything perfect. Bucharest is not going to be our favourite city I'm afraid, but the hotel made our stay memorable. The rooms are a bit dated, but still opulent and radiates old money vibe. The only letdown was the spa area as it is managed by an external company who also manages the gym and overall it doesn't match the 5 star luxury that you experience everywhere else.
