All good

Water main broke and there was no water. The lower level flooded luckily I was on the second floor. Staff was as helpful as could be with the circumstances they were dealing with.

Property flooded Fire alarms at 5:15 am Toilets not working

A main water supply burst and flooded the bottom level with over a foot of water. Those rooms will be ruined. This caused the facility to turn off water supply. The parking lot also flooded. The fire alarm was sounding off and a staff member would turn it off. This went on for well over 1 hour. Unfortunately it felt too unsafe for me to stay and I was refunded for the remainder of my reservation.

Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Decent breakfast.

Best value hot tub suite in Regina. Excellent breakfast with waffles and sausage.

The property is your basic motel, good for a short stay. Room was small, dated and not a queen room as booked, however was clean and sufficed for a short stay.

Tv had lots of chanels but couldnt watch them all were blocked

Room furniture very worn and marked up. All towels need replacement as they are dirty coloured. Had to use auxiliary heater in the room as the wall heater did not work. This place is not up to Super 8 standards.

Property was clean and had friendly staff. The only complaint is that the continental breakfast was the same every single day I was there.

The room was tiny, with a broken shower and heater. The hotel was noisy and run down.

We booked two queen beds and were given two double beds. We booked the room for 4 people but were only given towels for 3.

Unfortunately our room (305) had a sting undesirable smell. The bathroom fan was on when we arrived which should have been a clue. Mentioned this to the front desk upon checkout - we hope it gets resolved as we couldn’t find the source. Blankets are thin, as are the walls. Our neighbors shutting their door shook our headboard. Breakfast was fine, and staff were friendly, however we will not be back.

Older wing of the hotel. Bathroom sink was in poor shape, bathroom linens were old and stained. No excuse for the linens.
