There were not enough staff, breakfast was old and stale , staff didn’t know what they were doing, the entry doors were not working the rate of the room is way to high for a motel like stay it was’t s hotel felt more like a run down motel

Was in Alliance for a quick trip. This property was exactly what was needed and exceeded expectations.

The hotel was clean, quiet and the service was great! It's located near stores and restaurants so you can bring food back to the room. The breakfast is complimentary which includes hot and cold items to drink and eat. my only issue was when using the shower the wtwr drained slowly so I had to stand in it. But I would definitely book again.

Tammy was wonderful, She was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgable, Breakfast was ok but eggs and sausage was consistently cold.

Breakfast was great Friday, out of things when we came through Saturday. Clean, convenient, and great staff!

The walls in bathroom were not up to date , the lift was not clean.Staff was good .

Tub drain room 316 plugs up. Room 316 missing a lamp in the ceiling. Room 316 had a spot light for a lamp. Room 316 window opens up all the way for children to fall from the 3rd floor. No tissue in rooms. Room 316 bathroom door is warped. Room 316 entry door security latch does not work. Room 316 a/c is on or off. Have to have it in high to work. Room 315 a/c smells like mold. NO BATHROOM EXHAUST FANS.

Coaching trip and the hotel was perfect for what was needed. No complaints and cost was reasonable compared to others in the area.

One of the better hotels in Alliance. Hot tub was closed again.

Our room was dirty, floor was incredibly sticky , stains on carpet, random hair ties scattered on floor. Artwork missing from wall. Due to condition, we did not stay and asked for a full refund.

Our first night, there were 2 gentlemen who tried to get in our room at 11:40 PM. They had keys that unlocked the door to our room. When brought to the attention of the front desk, he never apologized or attempted to care. There were also no towels in our bathroom but there was a used washcloth in the shower.

Excellent room conditions so far as cleanliness and amenities in the room. Staff was very friendly and cordial. The only complaint was the pillows were not as soft as last year's stay. It was also very noisy this time with people walking on the upper floor throughout the night.

Booked this reservation back in November. I had a two day outdoor training class that was very rigorous. Come to find out, after day one, hot tub is broken. Okay, that sucks. Pool time. Nope. Ice cold. The bathroom had previously had a leak of some sort in the ceiling and that Had started to discolor the bathroom ceiling. Mold? Yeah, not impressed. Asked front desk staff where the nearest Walgreens was located. No idea. I know I can Google it, but come on man, Something good? Breakfast was solid.

Loved breakfast very good. Loved Marcs across street. Elks lodge not to far.

The beds were very comfortable. People were way to loud in the middle of the night. Hot tub wasnt working.
