Heater cycled on and off all night - every 2 minutes

Very clean large rooms. Bar service excellent.

I love how close this hotel is to the airport for early morning flights. It is always clean and quiet. I stay here whenever I come into town.

Nice spot for the money- was in town to watch baseball- decore is a bit dated

The room was fine. We specifically wanted to use the pool. When we got there around 5pm it was closed, but we were assured it would be open at 5:30 the next morning. It wasn't, and the overnight staff didn't know why. When the manager came in he removed the closed signs and let us into the pool. The pool was clean and not overly chlorinated. The manager offered us a free breakfast at compensation for our inconvenience. It was a microwaved bacon and egg sandwich. I'm sure glad I didn't pay $30 for that breakfast.

Great location, near the airport and not too far from the highway to get around Ithaca. The staff were fantastic!

Because of the school orientation, hotel room is quite difficult to get. The location is not very convenient to Cornell. Some facilities need to be replaced.

Really the worst check in experience we have had in years. Needed to come back twice as the room was not ready. Both the person at the desk and the manager were dismissive of the room not being ready. No coupon for the restaurant etc. to make thinks right. I told them they would never see us again and we won’t be back.

Staff was nice, but when I reported my leaking window and resulting wet carpet, it was ignored. I could hear the rain dripping g on the carpet. Room smelled very damp and musty for the two days we were there. Hotel is too expensive for condition. Bistro staff were great, but food is limited and overpriced. Location was the best part of our stay. We were close to campus and airport.

It is a bit distant and difficult to find, but very good.

I was provided a room facing the highway which could be the one of the worst in the property. It was noisy due to both the highway and the AC machines just in front of the room. There was also a some system giving some kind of smoke in front of the room

Check in was delayed 30 mins. Not a biggie, but an inconvenience. Room key didn't work all the time. Lastly, and this was the worst of it ac in room didn't work great. Made the night miserable and sticky. Not impressed.
