Was great!

Really great hotel, nice and clean. Well presented from the moment you walk in , rooms are a good size with a large shower. Beds comfy but the pillows weren’t very good. Handy location and close to check point Charlie if you want to get an open top bus from here - there is a metro close by also but did find it a far walk from other main attractions

Kaunis hotelli, jossa ihana sisäpiha! Huone oli siisti ja todella tilava kolmelle. Ihana pieni parveke ja jääkaappi plussaa. Aamiainen ok. Suosittelen!

Great location and comfortable rooms. Highly walkable area and lots of nearby restaurants. We would go back when next in Berlin. Two things to be aware and for management. If you are in the rooms onto the courtyard, there is a good chance that people will be on the balconies at all hours and the noise and smoke will waft into your room. Happened on 2 of 4 nights for us. We had a fire alarm and had to evacuate in the late afternoon. Very professionally done until going to the muster station when the junior staff felt it was better they stay undercover than the guests - a training gap.

Super Frühstück

Das Privilege Zimmer war super. Es war ruhig und groß. Super für Familien. Eine Modernisierung könnten die alten Zimmer allerdings gebrauchen. Zumindest war es sehr sauber und es wurde täglich geputzt. Der Fitnessraum war alles andere als Fitness. Es war eher eine Abstellkammer. Viel zu klein (3 qm) für die Größe des Hotels und nur ein Stepper, ein Laufband das defekt war und drei Bälle. Platz im Übungen auf den Boden zu absolvieren war nicht möglich weil zu einem kein Platz und zum anderen keine Matten vorhanden. Also kurz gesagt, mit 3 Personen war der Raum überfüllt.

The staff at Front Desk is amazing!

Oversized 2 bedroom room with a truly enormous main bedroom.. Probably the largest I've ever stayed in. Great location, easy to walk to many of the major sights. Lovely front desk and parking on site (for a fee).

Great location near check point Charlie and transport. Clean spacious room and friendly staff. Great for families.

The location looks good on the map, close to several attractions, but it’s boring for a tourist — like the Wall Street of Berlin. The city has a very comprehensive public transport network, it's extremely easy to use, and you’ll end up using it anyway, so I recommend staying further east, for example in the Friedrichshain district. Secondly, the bed was too hard for me, especially since their pillows offered no support for my neck, and the blanket didn’t breathe, so it was either cold without it or I was sweating under it. Additionally, for some reason they started playing loud music through the hallway speakers around 7:50 in the morning, which woke me up. Finally, on the morning of checkout, about 1.5 hours before the checkout time, I was sitting on the toilet with the door open and a cleaner opened the room door. The only positive thing was the cleanliness. Though I doubt they vacuum the wall-to-wall carpet every time, as I found a small piece of jewelry on the floor that surely would have been sucked up by a vacuum since it was very light.

Great hotel. The rooms may benefit from an uplift.
