The hotel was clean and well taken care of. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Hot tub was great after a long day!

The service was excellent the pool and hot tub was awsome they were great about me having my dogs there the only problem was we were put in a room with a full bed and not a queen like we paid for.

Broken toilet seat with no attempt to try to make right for full weekend of our stay. 4 adults in suite room including 2 seniors. Front desk suggested we use the toilet in the pool area…. Overnight! The Monday morning manager apologized profusely however she couldn’t promise compensation.

We had a great room that was large and clean.

Bed was very hard and could feel the springs, unable to change the reservation and no notification of a two night minimum when booked. Shower head was below my shoulders.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were visiting family in the area so did not eat at breakfast buffet but it looked good 😊 Our room was clean and quiet - all we needed for this holiday trip. Only critique would be a slow tub drain.
