Great spot for a stop over. They have a pay for use washer and dryer available which was really helpful for us on an extended trip!

Samantha the receptionist is very accommodated and helpful . Staff are very friendly . Room are okay except for the coffee machine i think it needs to clean to be able to use , but not really a big deal . We will definitely return when we visit red deer again .

Room was good but could see its age. TVs did not work great. Staff fixed once but didn’t work after powered off. A bit frustrating but worked around it. Would stay again.

Rude staff, run down property, while never stay at a Sandman again let alone this specific location.

There was a little mix up with the style of room but after getting it straightened out everything was great staff was very helpful

The air conditioning in the room was basically covered by the desk, preventing cold air from entering the room.

No breakfast in the morning, no milk or cream for the coffee. Disappointing.

Air conditioning was broken and they said they fixed and it wasn’t. Thankfully the second night was cooler outside. The hot tub was out of service and really cloudy water. Our room was clean but the bed was supposed to be a king size but it definitely did not look or feel like it. We stayed there 2 of the last 3 weekends for our kids sports tournaments. I think we gave it an honest chance, however, I don’t think I would stay here again.

Very quiet and front staff was very accommodating.

The room was hot and the ac didn’t function properly. It made for an uncomfortable sleep. The doors slam shut so it’s very noisy if it’s busy. The staff was kind and helpful.

Sandman is go to in Red Deer. Great location and price!
