We were pleased with our room but because of the construction going on, the lobby was being renovated and we had to carry our bags up stairs to get into the temporary lobby.

Under construction. The smoke detectors were covered with plastic bags and painters tape. It was unsafe.

Your average sandman. Convenient with a Dennys.

Other than the Reno’s that were happening, it was a great stay! It was very quiet!

Very comfortable

I think the employee's working were new at the job!! Took them a while like 45 minutes to check me in!! The hotel was under construction and renovations which made it a little challenging.

Front desk staff were amazing. Very friendly and caring. It was under construction, but not too bad.

Good location, couldn’t get wifi for a bit. No breakfast and pool was so small. I didn’t see anyone in it even.

It was great but needed a few updates in bathroom

We had a hard time finding ice machine and there seemed to be a line up consistently at the check in so we just went without as we didn't want to interrupt. Actually ran into people also looking for the ice machine as well while we were looking and all kind of just gave uo together. We stayed in a recently renovated room and it was nice. Comfy bed and clean.

Clean

The hotel was enjoyable enough, but after our stay there were a few things that stood out as less than hospitable. No bathroom available near pool/fitness area.(only available when Moxie's was open so if you're swimming or exercising before 11 AM, you have to go up to your room to use the washroom!!) with two kids and only one parent having to bathroom available was a HUGE inconvenience. Secondary lobby entrance locked during daytime( sign said it would be locked at 11 PM) I and my two children had to walk all the way around building to get in at 10 am because there was only one staff member. Pool room floor was dirty wth hair and lint, and the jets didn't work so it was a large bath . Sofa bed mattress was horrible 6 year old complained it was like sleeping on boards!! Not our favourite but not our worst stay anywhere!

Moxies we great, rooms were nice and clean. The hottub was not looking too clean. Very murky.

This property was under renovation. The rooms on the upper floors ar3 completed and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and I had a separate seating area. The staff were friendly and eager to help us with any questions or concerns we had. Moxies restaurant is attached and Dennys is reight beside the propwrty and is open 24 hours.

Very friendly and helpful front staff and a very smooth check in. Room is large and clean. Very happy!!

Close to college

Was a really reasonable price for a newly eenovated room $90. Rooms were lovely. Moxies restautant is attached and Denny right next door (15% off Denny's if you stay at Sandman) Moxies was EXCELLENT and Dennys's was great and fast for breakfast. Hotel staff professional and friendly check in/out fast and efficient. Would stay again.

I liked that the lobby vending machine was a touch screen selection, and that it had grapefruit slices! It made for a healthy way to start my mornings! The staff was also very friendly.
