I appreciated the staff and their willingness to help and quick response to my needs/requests. The room was small, however, I felt safe at the property and it was very central and in the heart of the historic center. I would stay again.

I really enjoyed the room size and the bedding was superb. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.

TERRIBLE STAFF. SHOULD BE a 2 START HOTEL. PERIOD!

Dejligt og uhøjtideligt hotel. Book værelser væk fra gågaden, da der er meget larm herfra. Pænt og nydeligt.

Everyone very helpful, my room was great

Muy buenas instalaciones. Limpio y cómodo. Rica cama, bonito y equipado baño. No me gustó: el tráfico de gente en la calle Madero es terrible. Gente fea, sucia, ruidosa ( sería por la famosa marcha gay?). No me hospedaré nunca más en el Ritz por ese motivo. Lástima.
