Little dated. Bed was uncomfortable and next to a room where other guests were very loud through the evening. Walls were thin

Charging for guest of the hotel parking just seems wrong but overall great experience.

I did not like the fact you needed to use a QR code and pay for parking within 15 minutes of arrival. I found it confusing. I liked the fact I could walk to the Aquarium and Science Center in a pleasant walk.

Average. The mobile key doesn’t work, it’s basically a gimmick and the front desk person was honest about it. The AC had a mind of its own regardless of the temperature I set. There were constant street noises. The walls were super thin and I could hear the phone alarms of the people in nearby rooms.
