El hotel es muy cómodo, se come muy bien y el personal muy amable en todas las áreas del hotel. Vine por una estadía larga por problemas de salud y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta, todo está a la mano, volvería definitivamente

Amables y eficientes

Como único apunte dire que la habitación al entrar es poco atractiva, no tiene ningún cuadro ni decoración necesita mejorar la imagen.

El desayuno muy bueno . Trabajadores muy atentos y simpáticos todos menos una chica joven rubia de pelo rizado en recepción que fue bastante grosera conmigo . El resto incluido camareros muy simpáticos y atentos

Attentive and helpful service, large lobby and dining area

Excellent place. Close to walk and easy to take the bus. Walk distance from Salamanca and the Santiago Bernabeu. Service very personal and attentive. Kiddos to Eric, Jorge and Anna in the bar restaurant. They accommodated to every requirement. Also they three lady at the concierge, very knowledgeable and patient. If I go back that is the place hands down my place. Antonio

Great staff. Nice big room.

Stayed here to be close to the Bernabeu. Easily within walking distance to stadium. Metro lines close by to get around the city. Would stay again!

Toujours un vrai bonheur de venir dans cet hôtel quand nous sommes à Madrid...le petit dejeuner est tres varié et de qualite. Le personnel tres agreable. Nous y reviendrons...

Room services very bad , and no dry clean for clothes as normal 5 stars hotel, not all staff speaking english as all international5 stars hotels …

The only problem is it by is not handicapped accessible.

Nos quedamos aqui todos los años. Encantados siempre con el hotel, el personal, el servicio prestado, la ubicacion, etc. Todo nos resulta excelente. El unico aspecto quizas negativo es que las habitaciones estandar son muy oscuras porque sus ventanas no son exteriores. Dan a un patio de luces.

Great hotel in Madrid. Not very expensive but five stars service.

Nos encantó la habitación era súper amplia y cómoda. El personal fue muy atento y amable. Y la ubicación para nosotros era ideal zona tranquila.
