Was a good stay but wasn’t told about no air conditioning in our room until checking in. Had no choice but to stay. Fortunately it wasn’t too hot, had a fan and opened the sliding door for much of the stay.

Pretty good in general but no air conditioning and wifi was slow

It was in a clean area. It was near by food options. Quite for the most part. They only downfall was the ac was not working and they didnt reveal until after they took the security deposit

Very secure. Perfect for pur needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little 'tired' and could do with some renovation. Carpark was very tight for larger vehicles but was good nonetheless.

Property was in nice condition. Man on Reception was very unwelcoming, not friendly at all which was very off putting. The lady was lovely and friendly, helpful. We loved the spa, so relaxing!! The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Lovely cleaning staff Handy to all amenities.

Lovely big room, comfy bed and great view from balcony. Clean and tidy. Aircon wasn’t working (only informed on check-in), coffee hadn’t been restocked in room. Helpful reception re parking options. Would stay again.

Staff is friendly. Room is very hot (28.5oC!). Despite there being AC in the room it didnt work. Apparenlty you need to clarify before booking if the AC in the room is working. I called the front desk to ask why the room was 28.5oC and was told the rooms arent currently being rented with AC as the system is broken.

Aircon didnt work on the whole floor i was on. The place did not seem full and i was only offered another fan, not a change of room, so im guessing it was throughout the building.

We were not informed at check-in that the AC was not working in any of the guest rooms. After we went back to the desk to complain we were told the two floor fans was the best they could do. The next morning the AC was still not working. We booked a one bedroom unit with a washer/dryer. The room we got had a washer only. We complained and were moved to a different room. We unlocked the door and that room was already occupied by someone else. After about an hour and a half of waiting and complaining, we were finally moved to a room (smaller than what we had booked) with a w/d combo.

Adresse bien placé à Auckland à proximité d'Aotea Square. Les chambres donnant sur le parc sont très agréables et très calme. Baignoire jacuzzi au top. Les personnes à l'accueil ont été adorables malgré nos péripéties. Seul point négatif, le prix du parking, assez cher alors qu'il y a des alternatives moins onéreuses à proximité immédiate

If I could give this hotel a zero I would. We stayed in the deluxe spa for 2 nights. Paid extra for the spa and balcony for what??. Extra for a dirty spa/shower that had mould, the toilet couldn’t flush and we had to call someone to come to fix it and they “did” with a temporary fix. They told us we had to “adjust” it ourselves every time we used it. The balcony had bird poo everywhere and on the rails, so we never went out there. Aircon didn’t work so they had 2 cheap fans when we arrived “for when it got hot” (and it was). We were never informed about a bond fee until check in and had to pay another $200 after paying full price weeks prior. They waved the fee for us to park in their parking and be warned the car parks are so so tight, every time we turned it was a struggle and we were in a mini Suzuki. We could tell other people had hit many many walls and polls because of the scrapes. The public pool and spa downstairs are so chipped, faded, old and dirty, it was disgusting. Everything to the chairs, beds, pool beds, cushions and floor carpets had old stains and the tiles looked like they need major grout scraping, we wore shoes inside at all times, including the shower. Waste of money and it was disgusting and if you stay here, DO NOT use their provided shampoo, conditioner or body wash! It broke my skin out and made my hair matted and dry. There was no air conditioning in my room and they refused to move me to another room. The room was 28 C. They told me to open the sliding door but then I got bit by mosquitos. The toilet in my room ran all the time and they did not get someone to fix it. I stayed 2 nights and then went on a tour for 5 days and then returned for 2 nights. I stayed at this hotel because I needed the laundry facilities in my room. When I came back for the two nights, again there was no air conditioning in my room. They did not offer me a discount.
