Great place to stay in Minneapolis. Right near the river and downtown. Rooms are clean, quiet. Good, free breakfast. And the staff is very nice. I will absolutely stay there again next time I am in the area.

Loved the location, just a block from the Mississippi River. Great area to walk and site see, close to the U.S. Bank Stadium. .

Everything was great except for the pull out bed. The pull out bed was the most lumpy, thin and uncomfortable surface I have slept on. I understand that they are not a full bed but some comfort would be appreciated.

We were very pleased with our stay and the location. The only thing missing was a hot tub in the pool area.

Really wonderful place, great breakfast, walkable from the river and almost anywhere.

Room was clean but old and worn.

perfect location for event at Amory. Liked the shared amenities with the Renaissance Hotel. Very smart.

I stayed for 3 nights and every single employee that I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. The room was not what I was hoping for. Dresser drawers did not shut, coffee maker didn't work, bathroom door hung a bit crooked. It was clean though.

It was filled with city scapes, Beautiful White (Also Green and Red) Holiday Lights in and Around the Depot Residence Inn as well all Through the night in our wonderful cozy 4th Floor room(s) with a long wall of windows Overlooking a slice of downtown MPLS; it Was truly a place to discover the unexpected! All the staff was very kind and went out of Way to Make sure our stay was a great one! Thank you, Gracias, Merci,Merci, Merci!

The room was very good. Found the layout to be perfect for relaxation and even finish up the days work.

Cute, comfy room with nice sitting area and fireplace. Everything else was nicely done and clean. Good breakfast.

The staff was very pleasant and had positive energy. Hotel has a pool that closes at 10pm, my kids enjoyed it. We got a double room which was an upgrade from my our original single room booking. Parking was included with my reservation. Close walk to Minneapolis Passport Agency, just walked and arrived to appointment on time at 9am.

We were greeted by Phil - who was very kind and helpful. Phil was there when we checked out the next morning and was again very kind and helpful. The one negative was that our room had a fireplace, but we were unable to get it to function. Phil tried to get it fixed for us, but he had tried, and apologized for this issue.
