Only thing good was bed was comfortable. Room was disgusting. No heat in room. Phone to front desk did not work. Stains on tub and hair left in tub. Mold around tub. Bathroom shower tape coming away from wall and will not shut off properly. Drops all the time.

Showers ran out of hot water and function was very limited hot water fluctuation from scalding to freezing cold

Staff was rude and hotel sucked

Strong cigarette smell in the lobby. Definitely not for a family stay.

Forget a pair of dress pants but not turned in. Plainly there sign not responsible is true. Gives them free customers stuff than should be rightfully returned. Definitely not returning

I really like it.

The property seemed rundown but the staff were wonderful.

Older hotel use to be Ramada C-train across the street, 4-5 restaurants just a few blocks.

We got a great deal on a room and it was one of the few we could find with 3 double beds. The room was very clean, but the place is definitely a little run down. If you are expecting high end you will be disappointed, but if you are wanting a great deal on a place to sleep it exceeded my expectations

The location was good and so was the service, but the room smelled like cigarettes and the shower/bathtub faucet was not functioning in the room. I don’t think I will book here again.

It’s never a good sign when you initially see cigarette burns in the comforters or only screws where the smoke detector should’ve been in the ceiling. The lack of a microwave didn’t help things and the place though under new ownership was severely dated. There are better choices in the city, but this was the best deal on a Saturday night…

The staff is good but the hotel is terrible with extremely poor facilities and cleanliness.

This place is the worst I have ever stayed in. it's very dirty and stinky. The staff is terrible.

The hotel was cheap and we were going to a concert. It was the only reason for settling with a cheaper hotel. The hallways and back staircase was not clean with base boards placed up against the wall. I believe they were there the last time we stayed her in the summer. The sink was clogged and obviously not maintained. The pillows are flat and not comfort at all. The bed is hard with spring mattress, so it is a dated hotel that does need attention or it can resume to be a cheap crappy hotel for people that are looking for something cheap.
