Great property. We will come back again specially for Pesawari restaurant.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and everything was well-maintained. A special thanks to Shiva and Sarma, who took great care of my room and were incredibly kind and attentive. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate their hard work!

We enjoyed our stay last time, so we went back again. Room given to us was old, not fully cleaned & equipped. Breakfast was great, but service was so poor at the hotel. I may not go again!!

The rooms need a serious upgrade. The TV and the remote are archaic the carpets are old and a weird odor. The door in shower stall did not shut properly as a result the floor was flooding The food is mediocre

Although we stayed only for one night, everything was exceptional. The check-in, the friendly staff, the breakfast, the room. I forgot a piece of gold jewelery in the room, and was promptly contacted by the Hotel on email. I arranged for it to be picked up, and the service, the approach was extremely professional and recommendable. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Leela as well and that hotel was so much cleaner than this one. There were used vessels to be cleaned everywhere, lack of attention to detail, some rich wedding seemed to be the focus of everyone there.

Very comfortable stay, proximity to the airport was very convenient. Staff was very helpful and professional.

My stay was only for a few overnight hours as I was flying out the next day so I cannot really comment. It is obviously a top class hotel however, staff very polite etc. I did get a bit sick of being told different things could be added to my room bill. I felt this was being pushed on me. Also the cost of booking transport to the airport through the hotel was a joke. Cheaper to walk outside and hail a rickshaw, which i did.

Nuit dans un super hôtel à deux pas de l aéroport, très confortable et non bruyant. Le seul bémol est le buffet : grosse surprise pour l addition à 40€ par personne!!! Buffet pas à la hauteur, vous pouvez dîné en ville royalement pour 15€ par personne…

Overall, an incredible stay. Possibly the best hotel experience we have had. The hotel staff is very accommodating and were able to assist with several requests we had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast spread was extensive and customizable.

Not very good, quality of service not as expected at ITC. Bathroom floods every time one showers. Housekeeping didn’t refill the usable, had to ask every time. Club room window sill full of bird droppings - that’s all one can see as the view. Club lounge over full each day, so couldn’t get space.

Service was not so good. Have to wait long times to just check in. Room service was really slow but overall stay was good because of the property and rooms!!

ITC is close to the airport (5 min by car) and has great restaurants worth going to. However, the hotel needs renovation and is, compared to its current standard, overpriced.
