Trevligt boende men hade en myrstack i rummet. Dom kom med något medel men hjälpte inte mycket (noterbart att vi bodde på våning 5). Poolen blev bara varmare & varmare samt att vattennivån blev lägre hela tiden(kansle fylla på). Åkte till Milano på 5 stjärnigt hotell & skulle säga att det var som dag & natt i jämförelse.

Arrived late. Good welcome and reception. Dinner at end of service so perhaps a little rushed was understandable. Found food to be high on presentation less good on quality. Felt this theme ran through other elements. Clearly trying to portray a brand but perhaps letting a more natural hospitality flow through would be better. Overall though very good hotel and pretty much does what it says. Location good. But if you want to go to Portofino look for the Ferry. Asked Concierge the best way and he suggested water taxi at 400 euro round trip. The ferry he didn't mention is 22 euro. I know the experience of the taxi may have been higher but he should have mentioned all options. Shuttle on demand to town is great but we only found out by chance. As I say it is OK to portray the exclusive brands but let the natural Italian great hospitality flow.

Maybe i did not check, but surprised to see we had to pay 110 euro for two sunbeds at the beachfront. Shuttle worked fine in and out of Rapallo, and to beachfront, very helpful staff, but no flexibility in 1 km more with the shuttle. Stops only one place. But very helpful with taxi etc etc. No tv in bar or other ouvlic areas for seeing VM in footbal nor Sinner winning Wimbledon;-)

Eksepsjonelt god service og ansatte. Små detaljer for å få alle til å føle seg velkomne, fra håndskrevne velkomst brev og bamser til barna tim å selv registrere en bursdag, og ordnet med en veldig hyggelig oppmerksomhet Ligger litt utenfor byen, men fin gå tur når man har gått de første 100meterne (smalt fortau). Har uansett gratis shuttle for de som ikke vil gå Fantastisk renhold på rom, vidunderlig frokost og en utsikt som er utrolig. Anbefaler å velge rom med sjøutsikt, park/bakside er ikke like flott. Beautiful room with a great view over looking the bay. The spa was awesome, the service throughout the hotel was spectacular and the breakfast had a great variety of food to choose from to start your day. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hôtel, très intime et propre. Personnel de qualité et la vue sur la mer est splendide. Excentré du centre-ville Rapallo mais c’est tout aussi bien pour y être au calme

Hotel lindo, cheiroso, vista maravilhosa. Apenas um louco barulhento pela manhã pra quem precisa dormir um pouco mais e tem o sono leve como meu.

Hôtel dans lequel je séjourne régulièrement depuis des années pour un week-end détente. J’adore cet endroit, son personnel et son spa! Le fait que l’hôtel soit un peu excentré ne me dérange pas. Cela me permet de faire une petite promenade pour aller dîner en ville le soir.
