I enjoy staying at this hotel. Bed is comfortable, large television, no carpet in most of the room, it is just around the bed. There is Dove shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

Beds were very good. Had a great stay & maintenance man went out of his way to jump start my dead car battery! Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy every morning except Tuesday when the egg server was FULL of sausage and gravy server had the eggs . Think somebody took home a LOT of sausage

Everything was great. Just need to improve breakfast options some.

The place is really great. I love the room they gave us. Its huge and spacious didn't expect it. It can accommodate more people.

I liked that it was close to everything I visited for shopping. I didn’t like that internet wasn’t working right for me

Room was clean and comfortable but we were put on the 3rd floor and as far away from the elevator as you could get. With a small child and very limited number of carts that was pretty inconvenient

They need to replace the clock and lamp cause the charging outlets some that doesnt work.

There is mold everywhere

I have stayed at other AmericInns before, and I figured this would be fine for a weekend trip with my kids. I was unfortunately mistaken. I also rarely write reviews, but tiffs experience was terrible. Upon arrival, it seemed fine. But when we got to our room (booked the luxury suite), we had no trash bags in any of the trash cans. The tub looked disgusting. Unfortunately, I didn’t even feel comfortable bathing my young kids in it for the weekend. The shower had hair in it and the toilet was obviously not cleaned. Luckily, the beds were comfortable, although, one of the pillows we did not use as my son took the pillowcase off by accident and there was a large amount of dried blood on it. Breakfast was fine, but not great. Location was nice, but unfortunately, not nice enough to offset the poor experience. Will not be staying again.
