We could not go due to cartel violence in PV. Booked through Expedia and they told us to call hotel for refund, hotel told us to call Expedia. Total runaround!!!

Clean rooms, sunset view from the the rooms on higher floor, great breakfast.

Pool kept at a blistering 90 deg. Ocean off limits. Impossible to cool down. Had to keep going back to my room for the a/c to avoid heat stroke.

Everything and everyone was excellent

We enjoyed our stay very much. We greatly appreciated the staff, especially Esmeralda and Omar, who were especially helpful in all aspects.

This has been our 16th year staying here. There's a reason why! Hotel is always clean. All workers in every area are always working very hard to make our stay great.

Great reception. Nice room though overpriced for garden view. Amazing shower with consistent heat and power. Most of the staff friendly and happy. One manager could have helped us a lot better when our granddaughter got a very deep and nasty cut on her foot due to a jagged pool towel. Sh

Well-maintained older property with spacious grounds and large, beautiful, clean pools. Room was very comfortable and any loud music in the evening always ended at a reasonable hour. Very pleasant staff.

Pros: Every staff was amazing except two which we spoke to the on duty Manager about and he apologized and sent us champagne and food and treats to our room. Pools are perfect, restaurants are great food and presentation of food is on par. Rooms are updated and beautiful and they always stock fresh bottles of water for drinking. Cons: Two staff members were awful in treating us as guests, one scolded me for buying another suitcase and the other one said because I wasn’t a single parent I wouldn’t be buying a time share when in actually my plan was to buy one because I enjoyed the resort so much.
