Todo me pareció muy bien

Nice rooms clean

This is really a hotel, not a resort. Food was 3/5. My wife is a vegetarian and had a VERY difficult time finding anything with protein (ended up buying protein bars despite having the all inclusive package). Location is close to town but not really walkable. The timeshare people were very annoying. Pool was nice but too warm. Gym is very nice.

Buena variedad en el buffet, el restaurante Punta Sal delicioso.

We have stayed at the Sheraton Buganvilia many times over the last 25 years, andthis time our timing was just right. The day we arrived we were greeted with an awesome showing of whales, and then blessed to see them each day we were there.

Exceeded our expectations! Will definitely recommend to friends & family!

Excellent staff at the Sheraton especially Juan and Erica in the breakfast service , you couldn't find any more better service in any location. One complaint I have is the availability of ATM's at the Hotel , the type of ATM would not let me access my Canadian Accounts and we had to make 30 minute trips to the closest ATM. Its an International Hotel and this Banks ATM is unacceptable.

A bajado la calidad de alimentos, no hay flexibilidad si tu vuelto sale tarde pedimos saber cuanto seria mas de tarifa para quedaros un par de horas y dijerin que NO se podia hacrr eso, y yo dime cuanto es mas te pagamos y se negaron que tenian que quitarnos brazaletes a las 12 que nos podoan dar hasta la 1pm para salir pero solo eso. En otros Hoteles nos han cobrado un.poco mas por quedarnos y pard e horas, pero 3ste hotel nada mas no tiene esa flexibilidad última vez que venimos

Buena atención. Una habitación muy amplia silenciosa y segura y pude conseguir una excelente tarifa

Mal trato de la gerente, viajamos con un perro de servicio y nos dijo que nos negarian el acceso a muchas áreas del hotel, que no son un hotel pet friendly a pesar que expedia asi lo vende. El resto del personal excelente trato.

Fue muy agradable, nuestra estancia fue divertida, relajada y muy feliz

As advertised. Good property, well kept. Food options at time limited at restaurant. Pool and beach access was great. Clean rooms, nice shower in the room.

Our third stay at this hotel. A fabulous spot and the staff and service are terrific. We are from Canada and will definitely return next year.
