The staff was excellent. The complimentary breakfast and snacks was a very nice surprise. A huge selection of food. Also, the opportunity to use their bicycles was another bonus. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Love the apertivo time in the lobby everyday and the reception lady (whose name I forgot, but has been working there for 10 years) was very welcoming and friendly and the location of the hotel is great too

Localização muito boa, no centro histórico e oferece estacionamento. Quarto de bom tamanho, todo renovado. Café da manhã bom mas funcionários pouco receptivos. Acho que vale a pena.

The bathroom facilities and shower were excellent, but sadly the room lacked character

Amazing hotel, the staff were great and so accommodating. The little touches they do to make your stay comfortable were a lovely surprise. We will definately be going there again.

Lovely hotel in Lucca. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The room was lovely and quiet. The breakfast was amazing. We used the complimentary bikes to ride around the Lucca city walls which was fun. I would totally recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Lucca.
