Ideally positioned tight next to New Street station. Shower great (Rain).

Room needed repairs some years ago. Woken up by loud radiator noises every night. You hear everything between rooms. Bed was small but clean and comfortable and housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room. Great location for shopping and close to train station.

Great location next to the train station. It was a little difficult to order a food delivery to the lobby area as the hotel is accessed via a pedestrian arcade walkway. Beautiful hotel, it felt luxurious to me!

Room was clean staff were polite but noise issues ruined it. Loud construction work outside my window till 11:45pm and re started 5:30am
