We stayed here back in 2015 without kids. This time we stayed for 5 nights with our 4 children. Staff were really nice and helpful. Amenities were great. I was very happy to know that they will be renovating the rooms this year. We can’t wait to come back!

We stay at Paniolo Greens whenever we can. Check in was excellent. Made me feel we belong there. Room was VERY CLEAN, air conditioning working great and we were not bothered by anyone. It was a get-away for us.

Second time staying here. This time for two weeks. Great location and comfortable accommodations.

Good location for local sites. Very nice accommodations.

Clean and spacious! Pool a bit too crowded with kids though.

The girl at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Only reason I gave 4 stars because of their check in/out time. Check is at 4 and out is at 10. I think check in at 4pm was little too late and 10am check out was really early. Other than that everything was fine. I liked the apartment.

This is a well-kept property and we had fun using the grill available. Everyone slept well. It’s a little far from tourist areas though.

I had some vehicle damage while on property, but the property manager Dave and the staff were all so kind and supportive in helping me through it.

Everything was great - the space was perfect to relax and location was central to all the beaches and had plenty of places to go eat and a kitchen to cook at the condo. Very nice price

Went to the music program Monday evening. Music was good but too much talking. Staff was extremely helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Close to the best beaches and not too far from Kona. Very quiet, clean suites. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the night security guard who checked us in after hours. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is inexpensive versus the properties right down the road in Mauna Lani. Its perfect for families in my opinion.
