Hade noen fantastiske dager, oss dere. Frokosten var helt fantastisk. Svømme anlegget, hvar det ikke noe og klage på.det eneste jeg, har og sette fingeren på.. så hvar det takket i jacuzzin... det passer ikke et 5 stjerners hotel.

The proper is in a bad shape. The tiles on the floor is broken and then the bathroom most of the stuff is not working. The staff is OK and the location is very far from the city. The beaches is dirty a lot of rocks and there’s not suitable.

The hotel is located in a great area the service ans amenities are not living up to the 5 star rating it lacked alit in that department also the breakfast was very average.

The staff were friendly, but other than that this property was a complete mess. There were no towels in the room, so we had to ask for some. There was incessant noise - hammering, drilling, and other maintenance sounds - throughout the day so it wasn't relaxing. The room service didn't have 80% of the food available. Getting anything - an iron, some towels, sandwiches - took forever. The rooms are badly dated and in need of a complete renovation. The breakfast is ok, but the coffeemaker was half broken. Overall, not the best experience.

Nao foi a experiência 5 estrelas prometida. Hotel depredado, decadente necessitando manutenções urgente. Frigobar não funcionava, ar condicionado não funcionava. Colchao velho, Televisão antiga com poucos canais. Banheiro com cheiro de mofo. Chuveiro com vazamentos. Parede com infiltração. Pedi Room Service e a mesa da qual foi entregue a comida desabou e toda comida e louça caiu no chão. No check out ainda me cobram a comida e se recusam a desfazer a cobrança. Experiência terrível. Não recomendo a ninguém. O hotel só se encontra aberto pois é frequentado por excursões de Chineses.

Check in was very bad , stafff has a bad attitude on check in and check out extremely unprofessional, I came at the morning shift and didn’t expect to face any difficulties specially that I has a suite , the lady was aggressive offensive, breakfast was very limited, room condition wasn’t good the shower wan

Excellent séjour. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et soucieux du bon déroulement de notre séjour. Quotidiennement sont à disposition des bouteilles d'eau,des pommes et le thé à la menthe dans le hall de l' hôtel. Là salle de sport est très bien équipée,vous pouvez bénéficier du sauna et jacuzzi ,ce qui est appréciable après l effort !! Les chambres sont spacieuses,propres et bien équipées. Le wifi est excellent. Le seul bémol et point négatif à prendre en considération : aucune chaîne française à la TV 😡 Je recommande à 💯 cet établissement et personnellement je compte bien y retourner très prochainement.

The location of the hotel was magical especially the pool and the Sea View , best sunset ever . The room need too much Renovation specially the bathroom. Food at the breakfast and the dinner wasn’t as good as a 5 star hotel 👎 There was no menu for the room service in the room so u have to order the menu first 😅 My Last night was the worst ever , the temperature of the room was around 30 C I couldn’t sleep from the heat and the AC isn’t working so i called the front desk and he sent me the technician of the hotel , when he arrived he told me sorry i can’t do anything because all the AC in the hotel are switched to heat mode !!! So if u need to cool down the room u can open the door of the balcony !!!! A very decent service and response from someone working in a 5 star hotel .

Basically the Staff wasn't very helpful.. Room and Bed just Ok.. Dining just Ok although we had one Great experience because of Arah (think spelt it right).. She made aus a special dinner and said she wants to make people happy.. She did for that time.. Staff should speak better English and be more helpful!!

Climatisation fait beaucoup bruit. Litterie pas confortable du tout. Ameublements poussiéreux et vieillot. Douche à l’ancienne. Isolation zéro. Bête dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur de Movenpick!!! Personnel très accueillant et très sympa.

En arrivant dans ma chambre j’ai trouver des taches de café sur le sol au bout de mon séjour de 6 jours elle y était les vitres était rempli de tasse les draps était très rigide le sol jamais fait très très déçu . Le petit déjeuner pas assez vavirier arriver à 10h30 on viens nous voir pour nous dire en gros que c’est Fini . Piscine je n’ai jamais croisé un serveur au bord de la piscine pour se rafraîchir dommage . A l’accueil j’ai demander à un des portiers comment se rendre à Chefchaouen il a pris son téléphone il a appeler un taxie de son portable qui m’a passer et il me dit si vous le souhaiter je vous emmène à Chefchaouen pour un aller retour à 1450 DAM j’etait choquer . C’est de l’escroquerie ! Voilà mon séjour pas top malheureusement . J’ai trouver que l’ambiance et l’atmosphère dans l’hôtel était assez triste aucune ambiance
