This place was an amazing stay, the hot tub and pool were perfect temperature and it made you feel like you were on a beach vacation without going too far. I would definitely go again!

The atrium was beautiful, great place for families to stay.

The pool and hot tub were excellent very relaxing. The shower in the bathroom was extremely small hard to get into.

The bed and pillows were fabulous and extremely comfortable. I usually don't need to wear ear plugs but here I did, between the street noise and other guests running up and down the hall. I look forward to swimming a few laps at the beginning of my day but at this location the pool was always full of families enjoying the amenities. The pub located at the hotel is very convenient. Regarding booking the room: I was attending a wedding and the Bride had reserved a number of rooms. I called directly and ask for a room but was told there were none available however on Hotels.com there were plenty, all at exceptionally high price. For what I paid for 2 nights I could of stayed somewhere else for a week.

The play area was great for kids

We had a courtyard room and yet it was one of my most quiet hotel experiences. Plenty of safety measures for the pool so we felt confident letting our little one play on the playground and mini golf without hovering. Heavy doors separate the courtyard and rest of hotel so I never felt afraid of my child bolting into something dangerous. Poolside bar was closed but the restaurant food was amazing. Front desk staff was consistently helpful without being intrusive. Hot tub was HOT. Genuinely the first time I had to head a warning about not staying in too long. My back felt 10 years younger after a couple soaks.

Nice hotel and great for kids!

property had issues with the air condition and air flo Room became very warm and a Fan was brought in to assist . Apparently this issue was known prior to me checking in and was not advised of the situation. This made the evening very unconfortable and restless sleep

The room was clean, staff was friendly.. wifi was horrendous and there was zero soundproofing in the room. You could hear absolutely everything. Good luck sleeping

Absolutely loved our stay here. The courtyard, swimming pool, mini golf, play center, games and lounging areas were beautiful and comfortable. A great place to stay with families and located nearby everything. I would 10000% stay here again. Even with a 3am fire alarm and one of the hot tubs down, I'd still rate it a 5. We had a blast!

Great family friendly hotel

I would still stay here for a quick overnight or with young kids but we found the rooms smelt off. We were so happy to have stayed in the top were section and now they the pool where kids/families are running around everywhere. Gym had what you needed which was great! The pub connected to this hotel is good and convenient. Parking was easy.

Definitely kid friendly hotel. We were there with a large group. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were extremely hot - I was told that the system was not turned on yet - nothing staff could do. This seems a bit silly to me - turn on the system if it's needed is a pretty straightfoward thing. 20 minute walk to the falls. $12 uber to the falls. Grocery store and multiple fast food spots close by. Internet was slow - signed into netflix on tv in room and experienced hang ups. Overall, staff was excellent, hotel was reasonably clean, showing its age a little and needs some small repairs, but management needs to be more realistic about weather and room temperatures.

The indoor pool and hot tub area was great, the attached bar had a fun music trivia event, and the staff were terrific in holding a package delivery for me!

Did our yearly trip to a hotel and choose here for a first. Room was fantastic, LOTS of space. Went with two adults and 5 kids from 6m-10 years. There was a variety of activities for kids! Pool, hottubs, play structure and activities area were a HUGE hit. Resturant and Bar on sight was a bonus. Staff can be a bit more friendly, but was helpful when needed. Will likely be on our list for future visits!

Family friendly, friendly staff, amazing courtyard, awesome pool. We started coming here 16 yrs go and its by far my favourite hotel
