This was my friend’s favorite hotel we stayed in for our trip! The shower was absolutely amazing! The hotel was clean and comfortable. We liked that there was a pool.

Hôtel très agréable. Les chambres sont bien équipées, la décoration est soignées et le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Chambre 306 dommage qu’il y ait de la moisissure dans douche. Plus précisément le joint de Laporte de douche et au plafond Pas cool pour un 4 étoiles

Bra boende med bra standard. Opersonligt, mer businesshotell men allt som behövs finns. Fräscha rum, bra AC, bra gemensamhetsytor osv. Läget både bra och dåligt. Perfekt som genomfartshotell då det ligger precis vid en motorvägsavfart, men inte så mysigt läge samt gränsfall långt ifrån stadskärnan. Frukosten var OK, men inte värd dom 21 euro som den kostade per person. Överlag bra boende, framförallt rent och bra service!

Slecht onvoldoende ontbijt

Mooie ,ruime en schoone kamer, goed ontbijt en heel vriendelijke medewerkers, zeker de dame aan het ontbijt, top service.

The hotel is clean, well-airconditioned, and well-maintained, with a helpful, English-speaking staff. The pool is a plus during the very hot summers. It is out of town, but a quick ride by Uber or taxi; if you have a car, you can park in the multi-story facilities around the city (don't try driving in Aix, which is very pedestrianized and easily walkable). The breakfast buffet is good and copious. If you don't want that much food, or to pay the 21 euro charge, there's a bakery about a five-minute walk away.

The staff was great and helpful. I’m an American and they assisted me well. Many speak English. I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness and I was impressed on the cleanliness. The break buffet was great. An assortment of fruit yogurt pastries smoothies cereals juices and even veggies. Exceeded my expectation.

Pool is great in the heat. Very frustrating that they restrict any outside food consumption anywhere other than the rooms. Team was ok.

The hotel and the staff were excellent. The front desk personnel were thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. It was easy to park our car and the walk into town was also very good. We had cancelled an alternate hotel as this hotel had a outdoor pool to relax by. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for two of the 4 days which was extremely disappointing. There could have been an adjustment on the price given this was the primary reason we picked the hotel.
