It was ok

Only negative was the breakfast. Limited and no way to heat things over than a toaster for bagels.

Overall pretty good. The elevators are painfully slow.

Clean comfy spot. Legit on demand coffee 24/7. Breakfast included. The location is not ideal as gps hasnt recognized the service road entrance. Nothing you can nicely walk to. Need to sell beer and wine onsite. Not sure how but they can better cater to the folks flying in and out without a rental car.

Nice hotel. We've stayed there once before and will stay again on future trips to see family on Long Island. Breakfast was good, pool & gym lower level basement. Could use more handicapped parking.

It was ok. The elevators need updating, badly. They were slow and people waiting all around.

It was a place to stay there was nothing special about it

It was just a hotel room.They had 2 bottles of Evian water but it cost 9.00 a bottle. That is ridiculous to have in room and charge for it. Our refrigerator was not on and defrosted with water on the floor. The front desk was very nice and tried to take care of our requests. Price was high for what we got.

Nothing. Housekeeping is lacking and there is no communication amongst staff.

The room was dirty, the cleaning lady’s did not take the trash bens out, only 2 towels for 3 people, I will never come back, first time I have a bad experience with a holiday inn, I guess there is always a first time, other then that the front desk lady was nice, they need a better manager and cleaning crew.

Non accommodating and would not offer to comp a sing

The bathroom in the hotel website was different than the one in the hotel.

Pros: easy access due to location Cons: parking was a nightmare, they did not have enough spaces to accommodate paying guests, nighttime front desk guy was zero help or pleasant, rooms and bathrooms are outdated, hotel needs major maintenance, especially the elevators! Super slow and shaky. Bathrooms are in major need of repairs/clean up, saw two faucet bugs during our stay. For the hefty per night charges it was not worth the stay. Never again.

Not very clean. Front desk staff not very friendly. Not very happy with this hotel.

Property was clean, front desk and housekeepers friendly and very helpful. Breakfast not as good as other Holiday Inn Express. Cinnamon rolls more like biscuits and no frosting, ran out of pancake batter at 8 and didn’t get it refilled before we left at 8:45 and we even requested it.
