Todo muy bueno lo único que pienso que deben de mejorar es el sistema del aire acondicionado porque no se puede modificar a tu manera no puedes tocarlo y el frío es demasiado inmenso y no tienen las herramientas necesarias para que el cliente se sienta a gusto con ese frío como que que no tiene un buen Comfort Una buena sábanas tenés que ir al counter a pedir una sábana que no ayuda en nada porque realmente el frío es demasiado inmenso es lo único por lo general el personal es excelente muy servicial tanto los del counter lo de seguridad los de mantenimiento excelente pero deberían de arreglar el sistema del aire es muy difícil dormir bien con ese frío tan inmenso en una habitación tan pequeña

Gated access, secure parking, I think was unique and great. The staff was amazingly helpful. The room was pristine. The only complaint I can make is the ice bucket leaked on the table as the ice melted, but that is literally the only complaint I could make! I will definitely stay again next time I visit this way. Thank you!

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are big and clean. Unfortunately, we went during a time where the hotel is about to go through some renovations. Therefore, we couldn’t fully enjoy all the amenities such as a bar and restaurant in the hotel as the property states that it has these amenities which is why we booked the hotel in the first place. There is a safe gated parking and the pool area is amazing.

Friendly staff, location and clean. Areas for improvement, No dinning options and breakfast VERY LIMITED, just one option per day.

It is located in a very accessible area and focused on customer service.

The room is very outdated, but that is wasn’t the problem. The real problem is that the room smelled musty and we couldn’t control the air conditioner. Although the staff was very friendly and helpful.
