Pleasantly surprised at how clean and well-maintained the rooms are. Double glazing on the windows blocked-out any outside noise. Very comfortable bed and a range of pillows with different firmness and heights.
Food downstairs in the restaurant was great and well-priced.
Breakfast was good, with a choice of pastries, cereals, juice, eggs, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc.
Barista coffee was also good (extra charge).
The main disappointment was that although the staff very efficient and busy attending to customer needs, not a single person across my entire stay smiled or was friendly. Very professional, but like robots. No-one seemed to enjoy their job at all. This applied across all customer contact areas - reception, restaurant, breakfast over the two days/nights that I stayed there.
