Muy bueno

It's a very nice place but we felt slighted in the breakfast room. We gave our room number assuming it would be charged to the room, but when we tried to leave they stopped us and told us web had to pay before we left. Then they would not take a credit card. What was that all about!?? Did we look shady to them? From what I experienced, I would say if you're American or Canadian, don't expect to feel welcome there.

Al llegar por ser domingo dijeron que no tenían personal que recibiera mi vehículo o que ayudara a bajar el equipaje del mismo cosa que me extraña en un hotel de grupo Posadas

Esta limpio, el personal amable, cómodo, buena ubicación pero si le hace falta mantenimiento, la habitación donde nos hospedamos estaba rota..

El personal muy eficiente y profesional. Al hotel le hacen falta algunos detalles de mantenimiento.

El hotel en general está bien, solamente que huele a caño, se ve que el hotel tiene muchos años de servicio, pienso que les hace falta una buena renovacion, el aire acondicionado es muy viejo y hace mucho ruido, en lo que respecta al personal del restaurant mucho que desear en el servicio al cliente al igual que en la comida que hay, nada relevante, la verdad pensamos que estaria mejor.

Muy buena ubicación, personal muy atento, las instalaciones y estacionamiento muy bien, en general un muy buen lugar para descansar de forma agradable.

Outside of one odd detail I liked everything about this hotel. The room was great. I didn't use the pool but it was inviting. There was a family there enjoying their time so I let them be haha. I use the gym very nice. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly filling. However, the one issue I had was that when I went to make the booking I had the option to choose or not choose the buffet. I chose to not get the buffet and go with the complimentary continental breakfast. However, I had booked the room for myself and for my mom. For some reason the booking only allows for one continental breakfast and there is no way to ask for a second one. Staff told me that this is an issue they've had before. I made Expedia aware of this and they satisfactorily resolved my issue. I highly recommend this hotel due to its location safety staff and overall great vibes
