Idéal pour mon séjour

Petit déjeuner décevant en relatif des autres fois : plus d’œufs brouillés, pas de pain frais, personnel absent ou occupé à confectionner des thes ou des cafés… dommage.

Désorganisation totale lors du petit déjeuner. Il manquait beaucoup de vaisselle, la nourriture n'étaient pas remise, difficile de se servir... Autrement établissement propre et personnel à l'accueil très aimable.

Très belles prestations, que ce soit l'accueil, les parties communes ou les chambres. Le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif également. Et malgré la proximité avec la gare, les chambres sont très bien isolées.

La chambre était parfaite, situé juste à côté de la gare. Pour la visite de la ville très bien situé à 10 minutes de marche.

We spent 1 night. Appreciated: Room design is modern, smart, practical. Good lighting. Dinner in the restaurant was surprisingly good, excellent plat du jour. Front desk personnel were helpful. Water and coffee were readily available. Proximity to the train station—1 minute-can’t be beat. And easy to walk into town (one set of stairs.) We paid extra for better room with Canal view. Very nice: plenty of natural light and fresh air. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom with separate toilet. Great spacious shower. All in all excellent rapport quality/price. Would go again. Small downside. Room could have been a bit cleaner. A used towel from previous occupants was left behind in the room. Towels seemed a bit worn.

The staff was very nice and bilingual - I speak a little French and they totally helped me understand what I needed to know for my stay. The tool was compact but had everything we need and a HUGE bathroom with a really fab rain shower. It was very connected to the train station so very convenient to go to Paris , but close to the Nantes city center, we could walk everywhere.

Great hotel close to so much! Nice quiet location but close to the central town. There was a snaffu at check-in, which is why I took off a star, but she was new staff and it was rectified and cleared up after I spoke to reception. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
