They advise as Thalasso, but it is not sea water. It is a pool with jets. The Spa area had better days… the Himalaya salt sauna and ice fountain not working. The pool water a bit cold, few places to rest and bad maintenance In the rooms the pillows wore terrible, the tower rack not working in hole hotel ( so our swimming clothes and towels dont dry) and they turn of the air conditioner at night, just leave the fan, so in October I couldn’t sleep I’ve stayed in this hotel before, and was much better.

This is a majestic old (but updated) hotel with excellent service. They gave us a tour of the facility and explained all the available services. The whirlpool, sauna, and steam room were all included in the price of the room. They even upgraded our room to ocean view! What incredible service at an incredible hotel.

Magnifique endroit pour passer un très agréable moment. Sur la baie donc emplacement magique. Espace spa/sauna/hammam avec vue sur la plage relaxant. Personnel très courtois et à votre service en permanence.

The front desk (Cami) welcomed us even though we were early for check-in. The Concierge (Julien) helped us with our luggage, dinner reservations and early morning travel arrangements to the airport. Merci!

Direkt am Grand Plage gelegen, trotzdem ruhig und hervorragender sehr freundlicher Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tres bon hôtel En face de l ocean tout est parfait Des vrais plus : - emplacement face ocean - le petit dejeuner extraordinaire en terrasse - le spa avec piscine à remous chauffe haman… Deux points à ameliorer - la grotte de sel hs - le restaurant. La jeune serveuse est charmante la nourriture bien mieux qu il y a deux ans. Tres bon dessert mais un point que j avais jamais vue on vous presente une premiere carte des vins manifestement pour « américains » avec des coefficients multiplicateurs au niveau des 3 etoiles parisiens Il faut demander l autre carte pour avoir la totalite des propositions Enfin un carton rouge : Lors de mon sejour l alarme incendie se declenche et la a ma grande surprise le personnel du spa ne fait pas evacuer Je leur demande Reponse on sait pas il y a pas de responsable mais elle sonne souvent pour rien Lunaire ! Quand une alarme se déclenche a plus forte raison quand on ne sait pas on fait evacuer
