Clean and convenient to access most attractions

Excellent et bien situé

Nice breakfast and nice clean hotel. We had an aweful family with four different room at our floor that run in the corridor day and and night. The boys were screaming and playing ball in the corridor. Last night we were robbed 200 m from the hotel on our way back. Not a recommensed area to live in.

The only thing we were disappointed with was the bed configuration. You should not have to request a queen bed when you purchase a double bed.Twin beds are certainly not the norm in Australia. We were disappointed when we ask for a room change and were told no .

Good hotel but the garage was extremely small and narrow and I also got a room without window

Convenient and modern hotel, well equipped room, altho the aircon is pointed directly at the bed so not great if sensitive to draughts. There is small but nice rooftop with bar (good food) and dipping pool, and nice staff. A tip: They should remove 1 treadmill from the gym to give more floor space.

We had a great stay and would come back again!

Rummet var fint o stort sängarna var sköna, men man kände sig lite instängd eftersom vi hade rum utan fönster. Frukosten var väldigt god, poolen och baren på taket helt underbart. Hotellet ligger en promenadbit från allt.

This was a particularly disappointing experience. I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights with a significant budget (between €200 and €250 per night). On the day of my departure, a Sunday, I requested a late check-out until 12:00 instead of 11:00. To my great surprise, this simple request was refused. The staff even had the manager intervene. For just one additional hour, this attitude was difficult to understand and, in my opinion, does not reflect the level of service expected from a hotel that presents itself as a 4-star establishment. The location is convenient thanks to the metro, which provides easy access to many tourist attractions. However, if you wish to walk to La Rambla, you will have to go through an area where you may not always feel comfortable, especially in the evening. Regarding the rooms, if you are not staying on the higher floors, you will have a very close view of neighbouring buildings, resulting in a significant lack of privacy. The soundproofing is insufficient: early in the morning, the noise from doors being slammed by housekeeping staff and vacuum cleaners in the corridors may wake you up. Another very disappointing point is the air conditioning. It blows directly towards the bed and is extremely difficult to adjust properly. As a result, you have to choose between being too hot or sleeping with a constant draft, which is neither comfortable nor pleasant. Finally, do not be misled by the photos of the rooftop terrace. It is narrow, offers no real prote

Viajo há mais de 25 anos e foi um dos melhores que já fiquei. Começando pelo quarto de 35 M2 . Era um app, com dois ambientes,, todos amplos,, reformados,, banheiro bem grande. Equipe extremamente simpática,, desde a entrada até serviços de quarto. Perto de tudo e com uma saída de metrô na frente. Pode ser fazer ramblas, bairro gótico, barceloneta, entre outros a pé.

Hôtel en plein centre ville du coup un peu bruyant par rapport à la circulation dans la rue , la douche impossible à régler pour avoir de l’eau tempérée. Personnel serviable et accueillant. Pour une seul nuit c’est suffisant mais pour plus je pense pas à la hauteur piscine très petite et rooftop aussi sur les photos sa donne bien mais en vrai c’est moyen . Je retient personnel accueillant et serviable
