O breakfast there

The room cleanliness was good. The Staff were great. The waterslide is showing its age (could use a refresh) but the kids had fun.

Breakfast was the only good thing in this hotel, the pool area was gross, from urine on the floor in the bathroom at the drain, to snot all over the stairs on the slide. When we asked the staff to clean it, no one came and was still there the next day. Rooms were small, paint peeling off the resurfaced bathtubs. The homeless people in the lobby and outside bothering us every time we went in and out. Overall terrible and would not go back, not as advertised and not worth the money for this site.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The lobby and hallways were a bit dirty. Food was ok.

Parking is ample.. staff were friendly.. the water park was ok.. the hot tub was not working, and I was hoping to utilize that. Little disappointed in the amount you spend for a room and there’s no complimentary breakfast. Coffee is $4.25 for a small cup and if you get breakfast it is added to the “great price” of $7.99. The food is ok, the beds were comfortable, however they have the worst pillows. Big lumps of polyester which resulted in a very poor sleep. Not to mention the room was right beside the elevator. Heard every person throughout the wee hours of the morning… room 617. I was hoping for a more comfortable stay but ended waking up unrested and disappointed in the coffee and their pillows.

Amazing servers at the Altos restaurant! Food was delicious. Rooms were nice and clean, laminate flooring was great. Only negative would be only one mirror in the bathroom, could use one on the outside of bathroom.

Hallways and floors of hotel were very dirty. Staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful.

Hockey tournament (from what I could see) kept front desk staff busy. The time we spent in the lobby we witnessed a lot of people have issues during check in. We were told we couldn't have guests when there was nothing stated otherwise except for a sign saying no guest after 11:00 p.m. in which that wouldn't have applied to us. Based on this we would chose this location again.
