Polite. Friendly. Competent. Helpful. We arrived an hour before official check in time because our schedule changed. Monica called housekeeping and found our room already had been cleaned. As we approached our room, housekeeping staff working in adjacent rooms smiled and told us all was ready in our room. It was. No guarantee it would always be so, of course, but they made the effort to try and accommodate. Appreciated by two tired travelers. Took a nap. Went for a beautiful walk in a park a couple of miles away before dinner.

Excellent breakfast choices. Room decor a bit outdated, but clean.

Very satisfied with our stay. The elevator just had funny smell. The breakfast was wonderful. Just need eggs to have more flavor.

Everyone was helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and comfortable except for the living area couch and chair were somewhat worn. Everything that was needed were there. The breakfast was very tasty and well prepared. Would stay again.

This is generally a nice place to stay. The breakfast is good (the gentleman who makes the breakfast during the week is super friendly and helpful). The desk staff is very friendly as well and helped me when my plans had to be adjusted mid-stay. The room are also very clean. The only problem with the hotel is that the rooms are really getting worn down and desparately need a refresh. The furniture has lots of wear and the kitchen cabinets seem old and worn out. The staff is clearly trying to do what they can with what they have, but the rooms could really use some renovation. But I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel was clean. The suite was spacious. The bed was very comfortable! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect - close to every store you could possibly need.

The furnishings in the room were cheap and outdated. The table was very rickety and the sofa bed mattress was thin and very uncomfortable. I also do not typical choose hotels that are pet friendly as I do not have pets and do not care to stay in a room where pets may have stayed since I travel with people with severe allergies. ( I may have overlooked this in the hotel description if it was there)

During our stay there was a fire alarm and we had to evacuate. We had a person with a disability and requested the first floor however how the building was made the 1 st floor was the second floor and during the fire alarm they would of had to climb stairs to get out which would of been exceedingly difficult since they had limited mobility. What could have been a better plan was putting us on the real ground floor as requested. Also to check and make sure the person with the disability was able to evacuate safety. Also they didn't have adequate hot water for a shower we had to wait 10-15 minutes for a Luke warm shower.some of the furniture such as the desk was on its last legs if you leaned on it or might break.Otherwise the staff was friendly and we had a peaceful night sleep.

I enjoyed my stay this weekend at Homewood Suites by Hilton. I’d stay here again easily. Staff was wonderful and accommodations were great.
