Mycket fint gammalt hotell. Mycket fräsch och fantastisk frukost.

Staff all helpful and polite. Room was clean and as requested. Good breakfast with wide range of options. Would use the hotel again. Good location.

Excellent stay! Central location, can easily get to the grand place and other points of interest by walking or bus. The hotel and rooms were clean, safe, quiet and allowed for a very comfortable stay. The only recommendation is to have an AC unit attached to the wall instead of the portable one where we had to connect the exhaust pipe out the window. Other than that, no other issues, staff were nice and friendly. Highly recommend.

Was really hot in the last floor, need air conditioning.

Clean rooms and convenient location

Otel merkez tren istasyonuna yürüyüş mesafesinde, sessiz ve huzurlu. Biz bir gece konaklama için kullandık. Görevliler nazik ve yardımseverdi. Bir daha gelsem burada konaklarım.

Todo bien, pedimos cambio de habitación por los 4 pisos a subir con una persona mayor y de inmediato nos atendieron. En general la habitación bien, limpia y acogedora.

Location is very nice. However, heating facilities were poor, and I caught a cold in this facility. The room I was given was in front of the stairs, and I couldn't sleep well. The front staff were not friendly.

Great location and good breakfast. Nice rooms and comfortable. The only issue was the thin walls as i could hear the guest in the room next door snoring. Loud guests in the hall.

We had a great stay! It was super close to the Metro and walking distance to the Grand Place square and lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfast service (for a small fee) was of high standard. Staff were very courteous and accommodating. Was pleased with our stay.

Clean room with small shower but overall is very good. Walk to the palace
