Bed was good, breakfeast nice. Had to change room because of really bad smell, new room was better. Bathroom not clean, other peoples hair in shower/tub. Hotel looks worn down, but service was fine.

They didn’t have our room type available. The refrigerator was on, but not cold. It was clean, a bit rough: lots of burned specks in the bathroom counter. The bed seemed near end of life. Daytime desk staff was very nice. Check in lady was unconcerned about the room type and refrigerator. Breakfast: waffles and juice good, everything else was meh.

Prefer not to said, but not how it looks in pictures place needs a lot of maintenance.

Right off the interstate the parking lot was terrible inside smelled like urine and cigarettes the bed that came with the room had dirty socks and large black stains on the bedding staff wasn’t much help

I really like the fact that the location was close to the event venue, and there was hot breakfast. You might not like to hallway odors. Overall, it was a good place to stay and the staff at the reception are very approachable/professional.

The entire staff were courteous. Ben the manager, evening staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and the staff in the dining room were courteous and willing to assist me. I will be happy to stay at the hotel whenever I am around that area.

It was nice and included what i needed for a nights stay.

No security. Staff did not ask for make and model and license plate

The room was cool but the tub did not go down and the iron was dirty. Lights were dimmed. Air wasn’t that great. Nice staff tho and it was clean

There was nothing to like about this Hotel. This is by far the worst Choice Hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s as though Choice has lowered there standards. My family and I were there for a funeral, this experience only added to our grief. I do intend to contact Choice Hotels corporate representatives.

I booked four rooms for myself and family members, we were all there for the burial of our son. We were not familiar withe area, but I trusted Choice Hotels, big mistake. No clean towels on request, electrical outlets not working, staff indifference, charged a family member for a room that was already booked on my credit card. One room had ants in the bed and in the bathroom. This Hotel is terrible.

The hotel was outdated and not well maintained. Staff was indifferent to any complaints,this includes the manager. I was charged twice for a room, was told there were no clean towels until the next morning, we bought towels from Walmart.I booked 4 rooms, the lights and bathroom fans didn’t work. I’ve never had any complaints with any Choice Hotels, this one was TERRIBLE!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

The property had an uncleanliness feel as if the air was dirty. The bathroom was also nasty with several dirty spots on the tub.
