Hotel and room looked nice but was too noisy at night. A constant creaking noise could be heard and it sounded like the window was open even though it wasn't. The lobby, lounge, bar and breakfast area are all one and the same and doesn't work that well for any.

Toilet poor flush. Noisey and dripping all night. Luggage stand partly collapsed!

On Sunday morning our hotel room started to flood from the shower, and included raw sewerage. Not great!

Overall good stay staff was very nice an helpful rooms where clean But alittle to loud Parking was very confusing but the staff helped with making sure we dont pay to much

Clean room

Staff were very friendly during my 4 day stay at Christmas. The room was comfortable, contained all needed items (I called for some slippers). Location was great just by the Mailbox.

Quite nice, clean and staff friendly but the room was a bit cold at first ok once I got control of the air con which needed a call to reception

The room had a very dated old net curtain on window, view of an old building but was adequate, air con went off and on rattling like an old hen. Breakfast was bland.

Clean and tody rooms

This looks like a fraudulent listing. I didn’t get to stay there because of what looks like a scam. After booking with Hotels.com, I received a message asking for a bank transfer of £250 to JC Apartments (Sort code 200864 Account details 73603806) as a security deposit. I was told I could not make the payment at check in and that if I didn’t pay in the £250 next 15 minutes they’d cancel my booking and keep my payment. I’ve seen or heard nothing from JC Appartments to suggest this is anything other than fraud.

Very uncomfortable pillows, shower was very weak water, more like a slow drip. We had some drinks ar the bar but it was very slow service.
