There is no spa even though it says so and the pool is not heated.

It was clean and did what was needed for the stay.

Over charged my credit card. Breakfast was not good, coffee is bad. Unfriendly staff. Garabage not picked up routinely. Never saw house cleaning. Grass needed cut and trimmed. Peope setting in vehicles in the back lot at all hours doing who know what.

The room was in poor condition. Sink cracked, black stains on the carpet, fingerprints on the bathroom door, leftover food in the refrigerator. Staff at check in seemed uninterested in checking us in. Didn’t explain the $50 deposit until I asked why the bill was higher than I anticipated. Breakfast bagels were frozen and the apple juice was water. Overall disappointing.

Staff infrequently seen. No housekeeping for the 3 days we were there. Lots of truckers. Even have signs catering to truckers. Hotel seems old and in need of a major renovation

The bathroom was disgusting.

Common areas were messy when walking around facility either to visit the buffet or walk to room. Coffee bar was limited to sugar and half and half only. No sugar free option for syrup with their waffles. Scrambled eggs had burnt edges. Walls were thin as I could hear talking from the next room clearly. Bathroom had some mold around the bottom of shower. Shower curtain was dirty and discolored at the bottom. Was not thrilled with my stay and the pictures were not what I received in quality.

When we arrived after check in time with a reservation they asked what floor we wanted and had to check if a room was ready. We head to ask for towels for the pool and to have the lights turned on only to find it too cold to stay in more than five minutes. Breakfast was the worst. No syrup for the waffles, a small amount of only one cereal, we had to reheat the scrambled eggs and very greasy sausage in the microwave and the floor was dirty. In the room there was mold around the tub but otherwise was clean.

Need to renovate the bathroom in 115. Poor lighting, loose fixtures in the sink and shower.

There was no hot water in the shower, however the sink hot water was scolding. The “breakfast” was tasteless and juices were watered down. It was disappointing.

Front desk staff were very pleasant and able to correct an issue that came up during our stay

I enjoyed the workout room.

This hotel stay was decent. Could have been a little better maintained.

Was a fine stay the ac units are loud at night

It wasnt the cleanest but wasn’t just dirt everywhere. Would’ve liked a heads up that the mood is under nonexistent construction. Once breakfast is gone it’s gone. It isn’t the best but it isn’t just nasty either. Overall the stay was okay. I wasn’t too impressed.

Moldy mildew smell overwhelming as you enter front door. Bathroom floor was not swept well, wrappers on floor, black stain on some towels, rust around fixtures in tub. Went to get breakfast at 8:30 all tables were dirty, no cups for coffee. food all over breakfast bar, waffle batter all over the dispenser. A guy came out & said he was going to close up breakfast & I told him that my daughter was coming. He said he would keep it open another 10 min. Then he disappeared without bringing cups requested. There were no eggs left & no syrup for waffles. We checked out & went to get breakfast.

Everything was fine. Felt pet fee is excessive. We never leave our dog alone in room. He is very well housebroken and doesn’t bother anything. Makes less mess than most humans and never steals!! Employees are very friendly and helpful!

Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. I specifically booked a handicapped room for my mother who does not walk up and down stairs well. I assumed it would be on the first floor because if there were a fire, someone who is handicapped could not walk down the stairs well. It was on the second floor which was fine as long as there was no emergency. The handicapped rooms on the first floor had only king beds instead of two queens. Also, the breakfast was ok. We went down an hour before it closed, and some things were out. There was no original pancake mix left, the potatoes were hard, and there were no more egg omelets with cheese. The attendant did bring out more scrambled eggs.
