Love it

Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent access to the beach. Room was normal set up. Didn’t like the carpet, which obviously felt dated and damp due to salt air. Washroom had new tile. Compliment the quality hotels for having lotion, conditioner and shampoo in abundance in large dispensing units, which is great for beach visits and smelled really good and worked well!!! Would go back just for that feature. Nice wood ceramic tile on the outside of halls. Nice size pool and friendly people. We enjoyed. Breakfast was quick muffins, cereal and pancakes, juice. Things I didn’t like were no fountains for filling up water and coffee was really bad and the night stand and some items had chips and dents so not very updated, but functional.

Night desk attendant Robert was great. He was friendly-addressed our concerns and answered questions with a smile. The location was good, within walking distance to our event venue, right on the beach. This is where the good things end. The property itself is VERY dated, seems to be in need of updates. Def an old school beach motel but considering we paid $450 per night we expected a “Quality” experience. There was a bug on the wall when we arrived (see pics from other reviews). Didn't see any more during the stay but that isn't the best way to be greeted. Housekeeping didn't make up the beds or replace the linens. We specifically asked that they did and made sure they were cleaned off. The AC was struggling and the room was VERY MOIST. It made the humidity level in the room very uncomfortable - which explains the final issue that was the icing on the cake…MUSHROOMS GROWING IN THE BATHROOM. MUSHROOMS. The first one appeared on the 3rd night we were there, it looked like a small lump in the shower, by the next day it was hanging out of the wall. Pulled it out took it to the front desk. Robert was pretty stunned and gave me a card with info to the contact the GM. Sent an email that evening. Next morning I woke up, a new one had grown in the corner. Took a pic, showed it to the woman at the desk. She wasn't shocked, said it was the 2nd time she had heard it. I was floored. Sent another email. Have called and emailed multiple times, no response. Hopeful I’ll hear back 😑

El aire Acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente,pica iluminacion en la habitacion,espacios vacios para aprobechar con algunos muebles extras.Por lo demas todo bien

Love the location. Its cental to the downtown area. Brand new ice machine too. Front desk was great!

Well maintained property

Where to start? They said it had a pool so we paid extra for this hotel- pool closed. Room smelled awful so we tried to air it out, both of us sick- we are assuming mold. Asked the front desk to check- yea “maintenance isn’t here, nothing we can do”. Tried reaching out- no response. Had to leave 2 days early and stay at another hotel- no response from them on any of this.

Property was run down and smelled musty. Bed was hard. Bathroom was dirty

The was was a extremely dirty it had a a really bad Odor to it bathroom was dirty carpet bed was dirty I mean just completely awful the hotel really needs to be condemned.

Right in front of the beach, walk distance of restaurants and shops. Nice staff

Absolutely the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. Dirty discusting , floors dirty , beds dirty , should be tore down rather than taking peoples money !

No la recomiendo... Nos dieron una habitación la cual estaba siendo utilizada por otros huéspedes... al poner la queja me asignan otra habitación la cual nuevamente estaba siendo utilizada por otros huéspedes... Obviamente nos cambiamos a otro hotel

What can I say, it's an old beach hotel. Definite signs of salt/sand damage but it was clean.

only thing I liked was it was on the beach.What I disliked was the room smelled. The toilet would not flush when I called front desk they told me I had to wait ten minutes between flushes. (not true)Only one chair in room.Bed was hard and had bump in middle of mattress.Bathtub drained very slow. We left got another hotel down the road. Now trying to get money back.Booked 5 nights stayed 1.
