My reservation was relocated to another hotel “due to circumstances beyond their control.” We were moved to Spinghill Suites, a lower price point and even lower quality of facilities. My original rate was “honored” but my rate did not match the quality I originally paid for.

A bit outdated interior, but very friendly staff and pretty clean property. Comfortable beds.

I was there for a family trip and the hotel was very clean and the staff was nice.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. We requested more towels and they were brought right away. Breakfast was good and what you would expect.

Stay was great! At night there were some loud noises outside, but only lasted a little bit.

Love the hotel. Verynice rooms, that included a kitchenette with pans,plates and silver.

Great experience. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The pull out sofa bed wasn’t super comfortable, but they typically aren’t. It was still fine. Very nice staff. The pool was great, too.

Coffee and tea is avaliable 24 hrs, they give you complementary snacks, lemon/cucumber water was always available. It was a pleasant stay

Bathroom was messy, toilet pot was stinking and full of shitt !! please see the photo attached! I walked out of Hotel in 1 hour and they still haven’t refunded me!

Everything was great. The staff was nice, the accommodations were just what we expected and we had a great two week stay.

Property was very clean, staff was very nice.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. My daughter wanted some milk at night time and they don’t sell it at the desk. The manager went back to the kitchen and got us some milk from the breakfast area. Saturday morning the staff member running the breakfast was hustling his butt off and kept everything filled and it was delicious!
