Hotel in totale decadenza

Super location, convenient parking in the city centre, walkable everywhere, comfy rooms and always helpful staff.

I had one night at the hotel, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The temperature was exactly right. The hotel is well equipped and very clean. The breakfast was very comprehensive and the food excellent. My only niggle was with the restaurant which was clearly having a bad night. With just four tables occupied and a limited menu, I ordered a burger and fries and was told there would be an hours wait. It arrived after about 30 minutes and the fries were cold, The burger was average and certainly not worth the price charged. A colleague also had problems in that he was charged for two tables food and it took an hour for them to sort it out. Clearly not acceptable. I will certainly use this hotel when next in Opole but will look outside for a restaurant

Laisse à désirer le service de chambre chaque jours . Petit déjeuner médiocre, quand on nous répond que la machine à jus d orange qui sert de l eau de couleur orange et on nous dit c du jus d orange. Bof .

Zwaar verouderd

God service. Rommet er ikke likt som på bildene. Bildene viser moderne rom, mens det vi fikk var svært gammelt. Det var mye støy fra aircondition og sengene er et kapittel for seg selv. Det manglet overmadrass, så man kjenner fjørene fra sengen svært godt. Sengen var stein hard. Alt i alt et ok opphold for prisen.

This hotel is just simply great value for the money! You get 4 stars but pay for 3 stars! Staff is friendly and top service minded! Go to Opole? Stay here!

Sehr gut, sauber, ruhig gutes Essen

Only stayed 2 nights and didn'ts ight see so no idea how walkable it was BUT it was directly across from Opole Glown Train station! Basic Room with everything needed. Kettle, fridge (pre-cooled). I bought the option for a room with breakfast included and it was a decent buffet with hot and cold options. Beverage options. All in all I'd recommend.

Frühstück super, Zimmer toll, Zimmermädchen nett und ordentlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

This is a nice hotel clean new they tried to make me pay for a risotto delivered to my room locked by a plate cover I was unable to open! Really bizarre happenstance
