Waiting on manager’s approval for a refund since we left immediately after seeing our room. Happy to remove this review once I receive a refund. This property is falsely advertised and is in terrible condition. You can smell the mustiness before walking inside. We were harassed the entire walk to the hotel, and it made us feel unsafe. The front desk lady did not know how to explain where the pool was. She also said we would have to pay a lot extra for a room upgrade, even though their price sheet did not match the upcharge. The room itself felt like a dungeon. We arrived on a sunny afternoon, but our room had no natural light. It was dark, depressing, and poorly maintained. There was a large burn mark on the ceiling and mold in the fridge. There are countless attempted repairs on the stucco, but you can still see that the building is falling apart. This hotel is the antithesis of what a beach vacation in Mexico should look and feel like.

Hotel très bien situé ,proche de du centre , personnel serviable et cordial, a l'écoute. Seul petit bémol la piscine se trouve dans un autre hotel plus loin

Staff was nice and helpful but this property is needing a strong update, too old and smelling.

WiFi was the worst. Could not stream at all and FaceTime was sporadic. Never staying here again. The staff did there best and provided a repeater but underlying internet connection was worse than my cellular.

Lovely hotel for relaxing and exploring Cozumel

Bra hotell som ligger sentralt i sentrum. Vi likte den inkluderte frokosten og bassenget i bakgården. Det var også gode parkeringsmuligheter ved siden av hotellet. Det var dog litt dårlig vask og mangel på skifte av håndduker. Men samlet anbefales dette hotellet for de som ønsker å bo sentralt i Merida.

The room was...... Celing fan was covered in??? Shower door did not close. less than 3 min of hot water at a time. Also very dark in the rooms. And the so called "breakfast included" is not if you are diabetic!!!. In fact it's a diabetic persons nightmare. What you can get is Fruit with sugary yogurt, sugary granola, honey, and white bread toast. Two types of sweet drinks one made with carb laoded white RICE, the other a sweet flower tea. SUGAR ON CARBS ON MORE SUGAR. If you are a diabetic this is really bad! I had to pay for a food that contained any kind of protein and no sugar. The staff was kind. I soon discovered that I could get a better breakfast elsewhere for only 30peso more than the hotel wanted. Wont go back.

Excelente hotel muy cómodo muy buen servicio. Solo les recomiendo mucho revisar el estado de mantenimiento de sus bicicletas estan en deplorables condiciones. , o mejor I anunciarlas en sus fotos por qué mi familia estaba muy ilusionada y la sorpresa. Ninguna funcionaba bien. Tuvimos que llevarla al mecánico a poner aire y ajustar la cadena Fuera del problema de las bicis todo muy bien. Saludos. Rodrigo Rubio. Habitación 304. 23 enero 2026

Agradable y centrica

We were very well greeted. The staff made the check in easy and also provided helpful information regarding the area and places to go. The rooms are large and clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast is simple and the staff very kind. Location is perfect close to the main street with great restaurants and 5 minute walk to the ferry.

Awful, unpleasant and unprofessional.

Clean quiet room, comfy beds, great location, easy walk from the ferry and very friendly staff. The morning server opened the gate for the beautiful gardens which was a lovely treat.

the hotel is in the centre of the town, so everything is accesible
