The staff were very friendly and helpful with all of my questions and check in went quickly and smoothly.

Friendly staff and clean rooms.

There were a few places where it was evident from the wallpaper that repairs or upgrades had been made. Surprised that there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was top notch. Everything was fresh and well prepared.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options were good. The only complaint was that the person above us sounded like they were stomping back and forth in their room all night.

At check in it took 3 trips to desk for a room that had bed made up and ready for guests

The room was spacious, clean and we loved the set up. The breakfast was quite good and the staff was so polite and genuine. Would definitely stay again when traveling.

Unfortunately no hot water so showering was not an option. I mean the water test from hot side was as cold as the cold faucet.

Floor was sticky , carpet smelled , shower didn’t have hot water , probably the worst holiday inn I’ve ever been to

Perfect for traveling

Property was under construction. Some facilities not working. I was not given advance notice that the renovations were ongoing. Dont think I would stay here if I had Known.

Plenty nice hotel going through renovations, with a well appointed room that seemed pretty up to date, but the tub and sink both had nasty black mold on them near the drains in particular, and the shower (tub) drain was plugged so it filled up with water when the water was turned on— and I didn’t really want to be ankle-deep in that sh*t). Not to mention the shower water didn’t get very hot (the sink did- so why not?—no idea). And yes, I tried putting the handle to both sides (hot and cold)— the water got tepid, but not hot. And yes, the drain stopper was fully ‘up’ in the tub do that it was supposed to drain (which it eventually did). I hate to complain and rarely do, but it was kinda gross. Everything else was quite good (bed, pillows, temp control, check-in, hallways) so I’ll chalk it up to an unlucky bathroom that is probably soon to be updated.

Poor customer service
