The toilet seats are off soft plastic so you sink when you seat. They are not very clear on how to use your breakfast pass. The kitchen and staff crew are not very friendly. The room cleaning service very good

Staff were nice, the room was small and very dark. The "breakfast included" was a small portion of a fruit, and a bun. We had to ask for jam, it was not offered.

Clean room. Quaint but stunning views of sunsets over the water. So lovely!

AC was dripping water on arrival, staff dealt with it right away. There was 2 AC in the room, so we used just one AC and it was enough. The bathroom was spacious and clean. We stayed at the family room. There was a King and 3 singles, it was very comfortable for our family, as our kids sleep early so the single beds had some privacy and dark while the king bed have lights on. Beach access was very convenient and the outdoor pool was clean. There were jugs of water on each floor for drinking water. Staff were all very polite.

The room was clean, entire staff was friendly and accommodating at all times. Amenities were good, restaurant was clean, pools was clean, entire property was clean. I recommend.
