Overall our stay was good. The breakfast offered was very good. Shout out to the hostess who kept the breakfast items well stocked. She is extremely competent and hard working. She kept her area of responsibility clean and well maintained.

Solid hotel

I loved the 12pm check out. Really helped since we were there for a basketball tournament. I loved the 10:30 breakfast and the different options. Everything was good fresh and hot. Overall 4.5 i would definitely stay there again if ever in the area.

always enjoy my stay here since I am very familiar with the area...breakfast is always delicious..however need some fruit...front desk is always helpful and smiling..wifi works..comfortable bed..just need to touch up the hotel with a little paint here and there

Bad breakfast

The room we stayed in was not maintained well. There was rust in thw tub and light fixtures. They spray painted the ceiling. The room phone was broken, told the front desk, was neveer fixed. Our room keys kept having to be re-done to open our room door. We stayed there for 6 nights.

Hotel is a little run down but the staff is very friendly and nice and really willing to help.

The carpet at the foot of the bed was wet from air conditioner and it made my daughter’s purse and bag (resting on the floor) all wet. Beds were comfortable. Reliable shuttle to airport.

This hotel has a lot of wear. A few bare carpet sections and obvious age.

Great stay, large rooms.

The place wasn’t bad. Pretty clean. Staff was so kinda friendly.

We arrived late with a posted sign “ be back soon, helping a guest”. Cool…20 minutes later and 2 other guests waiting, my husband reached around the counter to a bell and gave it a firm ring and immediately out pops a young man sleepy eyed and hair plastered to the side of his head…..

They have tall.yall number program so when yall call to cancel get are money back they want answer. Th rdont refund ur deposits either. Ge tell us to tell yall cancel it know they not answering those call. Cal fro. Different num not with ur business he a swer

Even though the property is older and outdated and our chair in our room had a huge stain on it, the hotel itself was very clean as was the dining area that serves breakfast. Staff kept up with it. That made a big difference.
