I paid extra when I booked because I selected to have breakfast. I also booked 2 travellers in 1 room. But when we checked in, we were told/given only one voucher for breakfast for one person. So quite disappointed in that.

Didn’t have breakfast

Hotel was fine. The rooms are renovated older style so they feel cramped and oddly laid out. The fire alarm was making an odd intermittent static sound every so often which was irritating.

All good. Clean room, great gym, and good staff

$45 for parking was excessive. Rooms were small. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Not impressed at all.

All around great experience! Highly recommend staying here.

Not understanding when our baby got sick.

Lovely stay, check in was easy, room was beautiful, Valet friendly and helpful. We paid for a late check out until 1pm and had housekeeping banging on the door starting to get in

I had to cancel our edmonton trip on short notice due to sickness of my wife and grandmother. Property offered nothing. Most other properties will allow short notice cancellation. Book close to 200 hotel rooms a year for business myself and customers. This property only cares about money, not the customer.

This property needs some renos and cleaning, the elevator was broken, one of the treadmill was broken. I did not enjoy the stay. It did not feel like a "Marriott" hotel. More like a motel. Lobby is weird, no where to sit or hang out.
