Recently renovated hotel spacious and comfortable room Very well-located hotel near shops and restaurants However, the clientele is quite noisy and heavy on weed. The only problem we encountered during our stay: at 7:30 a.m. there wasn't much left to eat at breakfast.

The check in process was smooth and fast, however this was the only positive experience. The room was not very private, and clearly a part of the larger suite. There was a door connecting in the middle, which was locked to keep the rooms separated. The noise still passes through. The bed was horrible - uneven, noisy and uncomfortable. No water present in the rooms, nor any provided at the time of checkin. The family in the next room probably heard it throughout the night. Bathroom shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. No tooth brush or paste was available, because they were "out". No room slippers because they were out. No one to answer for water bottles/ room service at night, so you have to drink sink chlorine water. The breakfast was minimal, and ended early (8:30-9 AM). Overall, not the ideal hotel to stay the night in the area. Multiple other - better options appear to be available in the same region.

Was lied to as far as being close to San Francisco. It was close to 2 hrs away. My wife is pregnant and doesn't need to go through this type of mixup or mess.

The hotel didn’t have an elevator, the walls are very thin. Also they have a displaced person living outside in the bushes. We unfortunately passed while they were reliving themselves in said bushes.

The Quality was missing from this Inn. Given a handicap room (hope someone handicapped didn't need it). Not sure where the suites are. Being in construction part of my life, I probably see more than others. Handicap shower floor needs a total remodel. If not leaking now, will be soon. Shower head is hand held and close to falling off the wall. Speaking of, how would someone handicapped reach it since it is about 6 feet off the floor? Hole in the wall that needs repair. Moldy bread in the bread box in the breakfast room. Noisy. Some noise (by guests) is uncontrollable, but it seems that the property was not well built to prevent incidental noises.Thought people should know.

The way they treated me when I came to the door to check in he wanted to charge me $150 deposit and he didn't like my color of skin

Clean, bright interior. Quiet location. No pool, the workout room was closed, there is no place to sit outside unless you like the metal bench in the parking lot. No elevator.

Bathroom was not very cleaned, towels had black stains and also our sheets seemed to have a odd order almost like sweat

To high price for a suit that the small sink does work. The couch was dirty and the room smelled like ranch dirt. The young lady at the front was very accommodating and kind professional.
