Room was dated, did not provide two beds as requested, just a pullout. The bathrooms had signs of mold, cracked ceilings, but were generally clean. The poor rating on service is due to the fact that I have tried to reach out via multiple platforms as I left an expensive earbud in the room. They have failed to even respond let alone help resolve the situation. I would not consider this a 4 star hotel.

Rund um das Hotel ist Baustelle, man kann nicht zu fahren, eine unnette genervte Dame hilft einem Telefon nicht weiter, im Gegenteil. Wir sind dann zu Fus zum Hotel vorgedrungen und diese Dame ( blond) was inkompetent und unhöflich… Am Morgen früh fing der Baustellenlärm an…Keine Ferien! am morgen beim Check out war eine junge sehr nette Dame mit braunen Haaren… Das Bett war super, Frühstück und Kelner tiptop und zuvorkommend Leider nie wieder… ☹️

Well, This hotel needs some work. Very old inside, poorly lit, needs a good refurbishing. If you are looking for a single night, passing thru town, and inexpensive, this is it. Bed was fine, shower was fine, breakfast was good, parking was strange and no elevator to the garage so expect to walk your bags up a flight of stairs. This area is under construction while we visited, so trying to find the entrance was difficult. Don’t expect anything special.

Hotel has a lot of construction directly in front of it at the time of oit visit. I wish i knew prior to booking. Great spot for walking in town.

The room had no amenities: No hot water kettle or coffee maker. No microwave. There was a refrigerator.

Good size suite room, clean, excellent breakfast, no air-con, central location, friendly staff.

Receptionist initially made it so complicated to open th garage door ( i would've had to make intl call to let them know i was at the gate). Other than that everything else was ok.

Comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Old rustic charm Cortina is having a lot of building for the Olympics so parking was difficult. Central location.

Das Hotel hat in diesem herunter gekommenen Zustand maximal 1 Stern Wert. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer gebucht und haben ein Familien Zimmer mit veraltetem Inventar erhalten. Die Lage ist wohl zentral, aber mitten in einer Baustelle. Die Garage könnte als Hitchcock Filmkulisse dienen. Das Frühstück ist dürftig und lieblos. Das Ganze kostet pro Nacht 510 Euro. Nie wieder. Es gibt so viele schönere Unterkünfte in Cortina. Tut euch das Alaska nicht an.

We got a very big complex that is suitable for a family, with bedroom, large living room with 2 couches and dining table, another room with a big closet and 2 bathrooms. It was too big for a couple😄 The breakfast was quite good though we had some better in other hotels. The only problem is the contractions that surrounds the hotel and makes the access a bit complicated. The hotels parking place, beneath the hotel costs 40€ per night but we had no problem to park the car in a free parking lot, 10 minutes away. Actually it saved us time because the traffic towards the hotel is terrible.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location—right in the center, which is convenient. We stayed just one night, and honestly, that’s more than enough. The rooms are very tired and dusty, with only surface-level cleaning. The AC is centrally controlled, so during a heatwave, it was completely useless—horrible night’s sleep. Parking was a disaster. It costs €40, and our white car ended up with rust stains dripping from the ceiling, which ruined the paint. On top of that, we spent ages trying to park with hotel staff sending us in circles—only to be told later we needed to move it again (we didn’t). The staff came across as arrogant and unhelpful. We were told the lift was out of service, yet it was working just fine. Breakfast was disappointing—stale croissants, sad-looking sausages, and nothing fresh or appealing. Would not recommend and would definitely never stay here again.

As of mid-August of 2025, it is almost impossible to get to the hotel by car because of construction all around it.

We stayed here so we'd have a pool for the kids and could be away from the busier city areas. They had a very convenient parking lot right next to the hotel which was also a big plus. The pool is clean and beautiful and the views from the rooms and the lobby and the dining area are just as good! We never felt crowded or busy, it was a very calm and relaxing vibe. We had one minor issue and one medium issue. Minor issue was that the Wi-Fi network only worked in the lobby and did not work in our rooms so when I was trying to get some work done that was not convenient. The other issue was the temperature in the rooms… Technically the rooms have air-conditioning but there isn't enough power in the hotel to run them properly so for two of the four nights we stayed the room was uncomfortably warm and my whole family was sweating in the middle of the night.

料金は6月最終週の木金土曜日で3泊2人で、朝食付940ユーロ。近隣のホテルと比較しては安いのかもしれませんが、設備が古めで木のドアはかなり強く、両手で押さないと開けられません。ポットやコーヒーカップもなく、お湯をもらうにも1階に行き、人がいないとなかなかもらえません。レセプションの1人の女性は、接客業に向いていないタイプ。

We made a last minute booking to this hotel very late at night and they were able to not just give us a room with separate beds but an upgrade to the one we had booked! Thank you very much! Very spacious, comfortable beds and friendly staff! Areas of improvements would be the AC and attaching a separate shower head in the bathrooms. My friend mentioned there were issues with the AC and I would have personally appreciated a separate shower head attachment and not solely a fixed overhead shower. There was a slight miscommunication with breakfast timings, we were told breakfast would end at 10:30 (and is also what is stated on the Expedia page) however when we popped down at 10:10, they had already packed up and were told by the catering staff that breakfast ends at 10:00. Nonetheless, the staff were very accommodating and brought out a few bits and bobs for us to eat. Overall, had a great stay!

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioning didn’t seem to cool the room. The sofa/chair needs to be cleaned.

Dificult to access, construction around, and air conditioner not working

Not be able to access by car and it is very difficult to get to hotel by foot. Staff does not inform customers about parking situation nor how to get to hotel. So I gave up to check in and forgo the deposits and check in other hotel. I never recommend this hotel to anybody.
